I recently got my taxes for 2017 done here for my first time, the receptionist was extremely friendly and so was joe. Besides the fact that I had received IRS mail for my first time ever. Ive never received mail from the IRS and i did not know how to go about fixing it. They were on the off season and out of the country on a well deserved worked 4 months 7 days a week for 24 hours vacation and unavailable to help me so I had to go and find someone else and pay more money to fix the issue.
