Who in their right mind charges $300 and then ups the price not more than 30 minutes later. Crooks.

Call them to have my truck tow to my place they say they couldnt do it because my driveway was to small but it an open field. I just they didnt want to do? Plus put me on hold for 20min just to say no.

On july4,2021,my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta my car was towed on the side of the road in Modesto. Upon being arrested I had took prior pictures of my car with no damages,on July 7,2021 I picked up my car. To which the whole front end under carriage was tore up,white paint scratch was on left side of fender,left and right plastic vents were gonna,then tow report was falsified saying that officer that did report said there was no damages,hand writing was different and I went to CHP office and they had No knowledge of officer writing on form. I have taken this up with the courts. Remember before your car is towed take pictures for proof especially if its Andersons towing in Modesto. Do not let them touch your car,they will damage your car and lie to your face. Pictures dont lie and I already filed a claim against them with insurance company and there is investigation in process. In my opinion they are not reliable or to be trusted.

I highly recommend Andersons towing especially because Brian made a difficult day seem less harsh. He made my mom and me feel safe and cared for. He was attentive and took us home promptly. If you need someone to get your car to its destination this is the place to call.

My car was impounded in May for no registration. I contacted Andersons towing the next. I informed them that I wanted to release interest in the vehicle so that I wouldnt have an ungodly storage bill and lose the car. They told me they wouldnt do it. So they are going to end up keeping my car and giving me a storage bill for like $3000. It hasnt happened yet, but if it does they are thieves, I mean I already consider places like that to be thieves they prey and feed on stealing cars and oppressing the poor who cant afford their ungodly storage fees. But even when I want to release interest in the car, I dont want the car stored at $70 per day. I hope they repent and do good.

I have been using Anderson Towing for 6 years for my business and I have to say, hands down theyre the best at what they do. I recently had a tow and it coyldnt have been done more perfectly and put in the spot I asked them to. They take excellent care of the cars they tow, they dont jst do it good enough they go above and beyond that. Thank you guys for your service.

My Toyota Corolla was involved in an accident and Andersons Tow picked up my vehicle and stored it for me till my insurance company had it picked up. I had left my purse in the vehicle and went to the tow yard the next day to retrieve my belongings and they were very nice and i was very happy to see all my belongings were still in there. Lets see, I am 50 years old, I worked in military aviation for 15 years, I have been with Andersons going on 12 years, so, being a war veteran, a world traveler, and highly skilled individual, I can only say that I am proud for my service to my country as well as to my community, as a tow company, we provide a service, but because of the industry we work in, our customers are seldom happy to see us, lets face it, the only time we are called is because there is an already existing problem with a vehicle somewhere, we are resilient to the outlandish remarks customers make on any given day, but we are human as well, and as such should be treated with a common respect, our drivers are the ones crawling around in the cold rain, lying in the mud, and sweeping up the oily mess, there is no need to be rude to them seeing they are only there to help, very seldom do motorist slow down or give way when they pass our drivers working at a scene, as if our safety is of no concern to them, and as for the 1 of 100, it comes from an award given out each year to tow companies nominated by national auto clubs, to qualify you must be in the top 1% for customer service and Andersons has received the award several times over the past decade in which I have been an employee, my name is Rich and I drive a truck for Andersons tow and I am a proud employee. I give them 1 star for answering the phone. Over $100 fee just to find out they have no one available. I would just call Express Towwing if in need.

I called for service, was put on hold and then they hanged up on me so I had to call someone else.

After working a 12 hour day, I go out to my car and it won’t start what a mess!!! I called Anderson’s Towing, and the lady was very friendly and told me she had a driver available and could be there in 30 to 45 minutes. The driver showed up early with a smile on his face and very polite. I thought my car needed a tow, but it was just a jumpstart. Driver got me on my way home in less than ten minutes. Great Company!!!! I will always use them.

I locked my keys in my car at the bank, and I was late for a doctor’s appointment. I called Anderson’s Towing in Ceres, and told them my situation. Driver showed up in 10 mins and was in my car in seconds. These guys are the best!!!!
