I wish you could leave negative stars. Three packages should have came on the same day none got delivered.i was in the yard and have video none ever got delivered and impossible to get any answers from ups either you have a theif driver or a very incompetent one who works out of centralia illinois. Never agian

This ups center has a fast past professional high grade service better than any other company to make sure the receiving and shipping process is great,safe, and efficient 👑👑👑

Employees not polite or customer friendly at all. No greeting,thank you,have a good day or nothing.

Dropping off packages at our local UPS is ridiculous! The office is only open from 4-630 pm and now with Covid restrictions there is only 1 person allowed in the building at a time so we had to stand out in the cold waiting. The reason I gave 4 stars is because another employee came out after awhile and took the packages with prepaid shipping.

Spoke with Emily regarding an address error on package. I asked many questions and was looking for service that was not in normal procedure. She was friendly and gave me options as well as doing some research regarding options I was asking for. Ultimately, the situation could not be remedied, BUT, I very much appreciate her patience and assistance.

Whoever made these hours needs to get out of Wamac and go to rehab.

Stay away if possible no good service at all wouldnt even let me pick my delivery cause they didnt want to go on truck to get it just plain bad service to bad we cant put negative on this place it would pass with a double

Rude. Refused to help. Have to go to a place 50 miles away. Very dissatisfied.

I must have been invisible to the worker walking out getting into his car and driving off. Tried calling the number keeps sending you through the same prompts. Finally a worker walked out saw me and accepted packages.

Dont open till 4PM and only1 person inside at a time took forever to get in and my package was already.paid for return, should of stop at a local merchant and left for pickup learn my lesson !

Its a super small storefront and had to stand outside to wait on the next person. I realize we need to social distance though.

Supposed to hold a package for me to get at the Facility. Delivered to address when told to leave at facility. Had to drive to my house to get package.

The place has a drop box right outside the doors. Hours vary but are usually open in the afternoon and evening. Speedy service with lots of options.

Drivers leave packages under carport back door front door...say they leave package but I never receive it .. Hmmmm 🤔... package needs to be left at front door ONLY ! Ive specifically asked for this !!

Good customer service however sometimes they cant find my package and I have to come back next day to get it .
