Called Saturday morning to see if they had the part ( took six calls because they dont answer the phone) they had the part. I waited till the afternoon their voice-mail and google said they closed at 5. She didnt say anything when I called about closing early. I got there around 3 and they had closed early because of the heat. I drove 35 miles for the part. Most people were still open including Les Schwab. Sorry, if they can be outside slinging tires I dont see the problem. Got the part on Amazon, 65 dollars cheaper and I had it the next business day. Some of us have work to do and cant wait for poor customer service.

Genuine associates and owners that really care and treat you the way you hope to be treated. Nice to see there are truly honest and good businesses that stand behind what they sell with great service and kindness. Not to mention great products including many types of all electric lawcare products from small to large zero turn riding mowers.

They will not make an appointment for warranty or service work. They expect you to drop it off and let it sit until they are ready to work on it. Right now the expected wait is 5 weeks! I find that unreasonable and will not be doing business here. They will not make an appointment, it seems they want your equipment to be waiting on them. Who can do without a piece of important lawn or farm machinery for 5 weeks in the summer? No consideration for the customer.

I cant believe I bought a lawnmower over the phone!! In researching zero turn mowers on line, I had more questions than answers. Then I remembered my dad always got equipment at The Power Shop. So, Saturday before last, I gave them a call. A very nice young man, Chris Hoel, answered all my questions. He was very patient and assured me I would get used to a zero turn mower in no time. Ordered and paid for it on Saturday. Tuesday, went in to check it out and got a full rundown on use and maintenance, clearly explained and demonstrated by Chris. Set up delivery time for next day, yes, I said next day. While at shop, I also picked up an Echo string trimmer for my son (Fathers Day gift). Excellent trimmer...NO MORE SPOOLS!! Wednesday morning, mower delivered (by another very nice man) ahead of schedule. I bought the Cub Cadet Ultima ZT2 54 inch mower with bagger. AMAZING. Mowed my 1+ acre yard in a quarter the time it took with Craftsman 42 inch rider. Then, drove the mower almost 2 miles to my sons house and he mowed his 1+ acre yard. His neighbor said we could put clippings over the fence for his cattle. Happy cows. They came running when they saw all those beautiful clippings. Both our yards look better than they ever have. Thank you Power Shop and Chris!! (P.S. The mower is a BLAST to drive.)

Its a yard superstore. We had been looking for an upgrade for our fertilizer spreader. Tired of Scotts junky spreaders. Visited this location for the first time. They had beautiful spreaders mounted on the wall. Managed to leave the store with only the spreader. Visit was a success. Too anyone looking for a great yard supplement this is the place to visit. Spend a little more and be happy for years instead of Walmart. Support your LOCAL businesses.

I have used this local business for cub cadet parts and repairs. Good selection of mowers.Only complaint is when I was there 2 weeks ago, every customer on the premises was wearing a virus mask. Saw 4 or 5 employees and none were wearing masks. Lets all work together on this.

I needed a simple blade sharpening on my tiny electric mower, but had trouble removing the blade. The service tech helped me remove it, sharpened it right away, and was super helpful in general. all of the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful and the sharpening fee was quite reasonable. Will be recommending them highly to my friends!

Excellent service. They go the extra mile. My brand new DR Power Brush mower was delivered by the factory in an unworkable state. The folks at the Power Shop picked it up, resolved an assembly issue missed by the factory, and returned it within 24 hours. They assisted us. Just not the Power Shop of old. Now the choices are commercial or entry level homeowner. The brands we used to buy there are no longer offered.

Went in and bought a belt for my lawnmower and it broke within an hour of use. Tried to return it but the owner simply told us we installed it wrong and refused to refund our money. I then bought one online for a fraction of the price and it has worked for a month so far without issue. Ever since they changed owners, the prices have gone up and the quality of their products has dropped. Very disappointing.

I had a buyer coming to buy my riding tractor day before the motor cover blew off & shattered in the road. My local tractor store gave me a delivery date of 1 month but this shop gave service supreme!! Offered to pull one from new inventory and sold to me .The sale went perfectly. Ill call them first next and every time from now on.

Purchased a pull behind mower and a Cub Cadet UTV in late April​ 2017 very affordable, excellent customer service and sales. Never once was I talked into something that I didnt need. Real professionals, and reasonable labor rate. Very happy with the work they did on my 1990 something DR Brushed mower! It is easy to throw stones (like Cameron below did). If you know everything that is wrong with the machine before you take it in to have someone else work on it, youll probably be disappointed with the diagnosis if it is different from your own! I did a lot of the work on my machine myself, I came up to a wall and decided to take it to the professionals. I had never done business with them before, they were just the closest shop to me, and they took care of the problem. They have bills to pay and there are costs to doing business.

I took my mothers mower into this shop because the people there are really nice and they had great reviews, but my experience with lawnmower repair has not been good at all thus far. Before I took my lawnmower in it was starting up just fine but the crankshaft was stiff and the lifters needed to be gapped properly so the high compression was causing it to die when the PTO engaged. The drive belt also needed needed to be replaced and I couldn’t do it because I was leaving for graduate school. I was told they were a week out and that they could deliver it back home when so I took it in. They charged over $500 for a starter, a drive belt and delivery over two weeks later and when my mom asked the guy to mow with it to show her it worked, the blade wouldn’t even engage (the blade engaged just fine when I was last on it). He said it worked just fine at the shop and couldn’t explain the phenomenon!! I’m at not a happy customer thus far! My mom is a 74 yrs old widow who had three major surgeries in the last year and I don’t like feeling like people are taking advantage of her or ripping her off. Maybe it was just a simple mistake; if thats so then I will update this review but as for now, I am in utter shock that they charged us almost $600 and brought us a broken lawnmower! They did take it back to the shop but if they charge us more money to fix it again I’m not going to be pleased. We can’t afford a new one but if we could we wouldn’t buy from this place just based on the integrity we’ve witnessed. It’s not enough to be nice, if someone isn’t honest and fair.
