Did not go in

I had to have the house I was selling cleaned for the buyers. They called me and told me they were on their way via voicemail.I could not get a hold of them to ensure someone would be there. Had to reschedule which was fine but on the day of cleaning which was booked for 3hrs all day did was the cabinets. The list was not long nor hard to do in 3hrs. Very frustrating because we are on a 2800 mile military move dealing with this issue.

How about charge the card for over a hundred dollars for a Friday and cancel the appointment on Friday an hour before they were supposed to show up, yet wont refund me? Thieves.
