The person who came and serviced our chimney and wood stove found issues that were most likely the result of an ambitious(handy) home owner who didnt want to pay for a proper installation. We are thankful he spotted the issue, and helped make our house that much safer, even if it means we will need to spend a bunch of money to get it fixed and up to code.

Just bought a house with our first fireplace! Yahoo... I was going to clean my chimney myself but for what it cost to buy parts I was able to get Jonathan out here to give everything a thorough check. Im glad I did. He pulled everything apart, cleaned it very well, suggested a few repairs I could make on my own and he was on is way. He didnt make a mess inside our out and cleaned up after himself very well. Were just going to have him out annually now, its a no brainer.

Nice enough guy, but limited on what he will work on. I had to find another service to do my job after he was unable to take care of it. Called A1 and was extremely happy.
