Ive been a patient of Dr Smith for well over a decade & I couldnt ask for a better doctor!! Dr Smith & his staff are incredibly nice & they make you feel comfortable!! Ive had medical problems all my life & Dr Smith figured out all of my problems. Dr Smith has awesome bedside manners and no matter how i feel, he always makes me laugh!! Dr Smith is the best doctor hands down!! Thanks Dr Smith & your staff for meeting every need!! I wouldnt be alive today if it wasnt for you!!

I started seeing Dr Smith about one year ago. Dr Smith is not only an amazing compassionate Dr he does so with a great sense of humor. I was recently very stressed about the virus and being isolated dr Smith extra talking me through my stress. Receptionist is so rude!! Ive spoke with her multiple times and each time seemed as though I was an annoyance. I understand rescheduling isnt awesome to deal with, but talking down to someone who is giving you their hard earned money is completely unprofessional!

These peoples only goal is to extort money from you. They denied my blood pressure refill of medication that I had been on for almost a year because I wouldnt pay for another office visit after paying $150 for one two months ago just so they could take my blood pressure and then tell me everything is fine as is

The receptionist is absolutely amazing! Very sweet and seems like an amazing worker. The MA is amazing as well! She lightens up the room! Great service over all. Never had a bad experience with anyone thats in that office.

I couldnt be happier with a doctor that takes care of your needs and tells it the way it is always smiling. Ive got several medical problems, and I feel very confident that he can handle about anything I could throw at him. Ive only be with him about 2 months. Dr. Smith, to you i say thank you very much. Dr Smith has been my doctor for a number of years. Both myself and my wife trust him with our medical needs. I could not be happier with both Dr Smith and his staff. Some recent personnel changes have improved the reception/waiting area experience. Wait times are minimal. I recommend this small full service practice to anyone looking for a personal physician.

Absolutely the worst patient treatment ever!. In all the years of going to this physician I have only been seen once by Dr. Smith. It has been a revolving door for staff .... never knowing who you are going to see. Dr. Smith was my primary physician.... what a joke! He was doing carpentry work in the waiting room while customers are seeing PAs. Do your job and see your patients that is what they are paying for. My last visit to see Dr. Smith was due to PVCs that put me in the ER. I was told to follow up with my primary physician. I did so, they got the date wrong for the appointment, wrong insurance, and was demanding that I needed physical. All I needed was a referral to a cardiologist to address my current health problem. Let me get this right.... if my heart aint ticken, you will not have to worry about a physical! Your practice has no customer service, try to screw patients over for every possible insignificant procedure, just to get to their wallets! Nothing but a bunch of crooks...... good ridence.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Floyd Smith. I needed a prescription approved by him, and even though he was aware of my medical history which authorizes it, and that less than a month earlier I had gotten a physical from him which clearly showed the need for the prescription, he insisted I set up another appointment with him regarding it to get his approval. This was for special shoes I needed. I wouldnt suggest this Doctor to anybody.

Both Dr. Floyd and PA Stephanie are great. Never any proplem with staff. They all work great together as a team and make you feel like you matter.

Great doctor, Great bedside manner. I live in Oklahoma now, but I will keep Dr Smith as my primary.

An office that is a construction zone. A rude receptionist, and a doctor that kept me waiting for almost an hour. He was then replaced with a nurse practitioner. I did not drive 30 miles from my house for this bad service. I would not recommend this crew.

My best friend and I both have NPRN Stephanie at Dr Floyd Smith office. She is AMAZING, we jave had very good service through them.
