Tony, one of their experts has exceeded all of my expectations! They have top-notch customer service! Mohoric Refrigeration was quick to respond ( within a couple of hours), fixed the problem with my unit and followed up with two phone calls to check in on the unit.

Wish I could post video. I had the picture of him in his van giving me the finger, somehow it was removed...This man nearly pushed my wife, 5 yo and myself off the freeway as I tried to just get out of his way, and the way of danger. Not believing the owner of a local business would do this in his own company vehicle, I called to report this to the business, asking to speak with the owner. I am a local and I support local businesses, but this is just not how you treat people especially when in a work van. When I recieved a call back at 8pm, he said it was not him and had an elaborate story that didnt make a lot of sense. I then asked if i could come into the business and shake his hand and be able to look him in the eyes so i knew it wasnt him. At this point he became very unpleasant and rude, he hung up on me. This type of behavior from a local business owner is very disappointing . People of Chehalis/Centralia and surrounding areas, support a local business that treats people with respect and dignity like deserved. Our lives were very much in danger!!
