Refreshingly different right from the start. I was told the installer would be there at 8am - unlike the other company that gives a 4-hour window for you to sit and wait!Ben arrived at 8am and he was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He asked how I would like things done, then told me how long it would take and then he did it. I was very impressed with Hunter in general and Ben in specific.

Balti who came over yesterday to install my Fiber Optic internet was not only nice and extremely hard working, but he was also very kind and understood that we are a high risk family to any sickness. Marcus Kinion, came out to install phone and internet, in August 2021, and the fiber cable was not strung up to our house, so had to reschedule, after conversations with installation personel. Was rescheduled to Sept 20. When Marcus showed up to install, still no cable to our house. He went out of his way to go back to shop, get a truck and proceeded to install the cable to our house. Quite a tricky operation, via phone with his boss, he got it done, and installed to our house, all on his own. We are so appreciative of his problem solving and expertise in doing our install. I was so excited when I saw Hunter trucks hanging loops of fiber on the pole next to my house! The moment I got the flyer on my door for the service I got on the phone with Dan from Direct home sales and got the ball rolling. Balti from the install team came out and installed the fiber line to the house in a very quick and professional manner. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and didnt cost me a CENT. There are no hidden fees, or install fees, or modem rentals. AND Im now the first house on my street with full gig fiber. Couldnt be happier.

Ben and Balti did an outstanding job on the install. The cable had to go half way around the house and they did so without cable showing all over the place. It is neatly tucked in and out and hardly noticeable. I am hoping the internet is as good as the install.

Had Balti and Brandon come by to install my new service and they were both really great guys. Both knew any and every detail I asked, were quick, and it really just felt like I had a couple buddies over to help me set up my internet. Could not get Century Link to set an appointment to come and wire my new house. Tried three times. Called Hunter Communications. They set an appointment for three days later, then called two days later and asked if it was acceptable with us if they came out a day early. Yes it was! A few hours later we got to rejoin the rest of the world on the internet, at high speed.

Installer Ethan W. was super thorough and wanted to get things right first try. Internet connected easily and is super fast compared to the old dsl. Micheal S. who scheduled me was very professional following up with me. A+, so far so good!

Very professional, polite, and fast. Installation was quick and looks great. Forest, Brandon, and Balti answered any question I had and were always very patient and polite. Calling in to set up my account was a breeze. Michael S. was also very polite and accommodating on the phone. Isaac and his team did a great job of laying cable throughout my property. They were innovative, hard working, and thorough.

Hunter handed out fliers in my neighborhood to let me know fiber was about to arrive. They were on my street hooking it up a couple of weeks later and they called me to let me know it was ready. Install to the house was only a couple of days after that. The techs, Kyle and Ethan, were easygoing, knowledgeable and kept me informed of each step. Bandwidth is huge, latency is tiny, price is fair. I hope they expand coverage to the Phoenix, OR area so when I move in 6 months I can get Hunter Fiber again, rather than Spectrum.

In the years that I have dealt with Hunter Communications for Table Rock Fellowship, I have always found the I.T./ Customer Service to be excellent. Eric Lund has always been prompt and responsive (plus hes funny) to any last minute issues or concerns that we have had with our phone system. Michael Fernandez in I.T. has also been a great help as an alternate, as well. No complaints and lots of appreciation!

Came home yesterday and realized my internet was out, Called and was scheduled for a service call immediately. When looking to replace my current...and far too expensive cellular based home internet I found Hunter Communications. I gave them a call and was happy to learn that they do serve my address, and at a reasonable price point. Speeds offered more than suit my needs. Michael at Hunters Medford office scheduled me for installation quickly, just a couple of days after my initial call to him. My technician....Ethan arrived within my scheduled service window and got to work. He had me up and running in no time and reconfigured my new Wi-Fi router to my requested name and password. Service has been rock solid so far with no issues whatsoever. Very pleased that I made the change to Hunter.
