I wish I could give more stars. The staff is incredible. The mechanics are knowledgeable. Their climbing store is excellent and has AMAZING prices.I live in Portland and bought a chipper from these guys competitor. Levi (the owner) was willing to let the chipper stay in his yard so I could pick it up when his competitor was out of town. When I arrived, the trailer lights were not working. EnviroChipper staff spent the entire day rewiring the chipper so that I could get back on the road. They also have a sweet climbing store that rivals anything in the Portland area. Their prices were far better than what I could get in Portland, and even better than my main online supplier. I couldnt say enough great things about this company.Well done guys. Keep it up :)

These guys are over-the-top great. I bought a used Morbark chipper from a private party. The person I bought it from had bought it new from these guys. Because they had it on file and everything, I started calling them with issues.Ive worked with Levi when Ive called. AMAZING service. When I had a no start issue this morning I called and Levi immediately walked me through some troubleshoots. Problem isolated and solved by troubleshoot three or four! When I stripped a bolt and had a big job planned for the chipper a couple days later (I was worried!) I called and Levi got it straightened out for me immediately. I lucked out and he happened to be coming to Bend (where my tree service, Oliver Arbor Care is located) the next day. He brought the parts I needed with him!Long story short, when youre looking for equipment, a huge factor is service and support. As long as these guys are around, I cant imagine buying anything but morbark! I just wish these guys were in my town. Thanks Enviro Chipper!
