Because I have two dogs my cream colored carpets were not even close to being cream colored. My elderly dog had pretty bad gastroenteritis last night. Basically from my living room down the hall to the back door.I called them at 9:45 and He was at my house by 10:20. Prompt, friendly superior service. My carpet is 17 years old and had some pretty bad stains. Those are gone and my carpet looks brighter, smells great and feels so soft. Im amazed! We used Tomlinson to clean some carpets in our home. One of the carpets had wax spills in it also. He was able to get the wax out and the dirty carpets looked new when he was done. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious. I was very impressed with the man and his work! Hire him, you wont be disappointed.
