Waited 4 hours for this guy to show up . 3 hours late Subletted Under AAA, I TOLD them the car is LOW over the phone. Guy shows up finally said “ I can’t tow it it’s not registered “ show him the registration . Then Says “I can’t tow it it’s too low my boss just yelled at me “ . Clowns . Obviously lying because he’s too lazy to tow it . Why did they take the call and waste my time ? DONT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS

Kings has come to my rescue numerous times, recently twice within the last 6 weeks actually. Each time their tow truck operator Brad has been courteous, professional and helpful.

They never called to update my on the status of my car. And when I used their towing service the man was completely rude from the moment we met and when we couldnt push my car up my driveway he insisted that they was nothing more he could do he left. Leaving me with my car at the edge of my driveway and blocking the side walk. Absolutely terrible service!!

Small local shop that has served me well more than once. I am posting this because they had the opportunity to change an alternator, but diagnosed the problem to a battery terminal and saved me hundreds. Now I trust them. Thats HUUUUUUUGE!

Kings towed my vehicle per order of city of Central Falls. They were professional courteous And very helpful. They went out of their way to help me so I would not incur further storage charges

Once again Kings Service Center came through. I had a flat tire driving home from work this morning in Lincoln. I called Triple A and they dispatched one of the road side servicemen from Kings. They were there within 10 minutes ( estimated time triple A gave me was up to 40 minutes). The man who helped me was polite and had me set to get back on the road within 10 minutes at the most. Triple A has dispatched Kings to me before, because I live and work in the general area. I always have wonderful service. Thanks again.

They were right on time, they were quick, and extremely professional. Not to mention the drop off location was rather tight but he made it work and backed her right off his truck and into the spot without a scratch, even hung around till my ride showed up. Beyond that the service was extremely personable and they take cards no problem. Would highly recommend cause quite frankly Id trust them to tow my kid sister if it comes to it and I cant be there.

Cant say enough positive feedback for this station. We had a low tire warning while driving from MA to Newport. They took us in right away, removed a screw from the tire and plugged it. Very friendly, fast service, very reasonable fee they saved our day and we made it to the Wedding on time. 5 star service. Thank you!

I had a flat tire, stranded on the side of the highway. One of their drivers was called to come out. He came to see me, found out that I did not have a spare tire and needed a tow truck (he was only in a pick up truck). Stated that he would call one in. He did not call one in and I was stranded on the side of a busy highway for over an hour and a half. Called the shop to get help, and people were generally unhelpful. I need to find another service center for help. Would NOT recommend this service center to anyone.

A tow that arrives in 15 minutes? Extraordinary, but thats exactly the service we got from Kings! Additionally, our driver was friendly and courteous. Overall, Kings turned the nightmare of a highway breakdown into a smooth ride to the repair shop.

Got a flat late last night and could get anyone to come out to help change it within the hour so I decided to change it myself. A few moments later a guy driving for Kings stopped to make sure I was ok and finished up putting my spare tire on. As I have had many flats in the past I have never had any tow or service trucks stop and do this. I havent been a customer of Kings in the past but will be my first call in the future. If all employees are as kind, courteous and professional as the one I met last night you have great people representing your business

Gave them my car to replace my tires and without my knowledge they put on summer tires. After my daughter sup out twice on 95 I looked them up. Why on earth would you put on summer tires in RI. I’m lucky my daughter was not killed. I will also be reporting them to AAA.

Have known and been friends with the family that owns and operates this business for >15 years. they have always done right by me and any friends who i steer their way. many of the negative reviews seem to blur the line between AAA and kings and that is unfortunate. over the years AAA has become less cooperative to both their contractors (like kings) as well as their customers. i have sat many times in the dispatch office and wondered how these guys put up with it!

My car was towed to Kings recommended by local police department when I broke down. Nervous using a new unfamiliar mechanic, dont be....they were amazing! They spent time trying to figure out what was wrong, did not brush me off. I think I found a new mechanic, THANK YOU Kings Auto for getting me up and running again

Somehow, I managed to lock my keys in my running vehicle, In the middle of a winter storm. Called AAA and they dispatched Kings Towing. The driver showed up in less than 30 minutes and had me back in my vehicle in about 1 minute! Thank you Mr. tow truck man! God bless!!

3-19-18 A tow truck driver terrorized by wife and my son tonight in a traffic pattern dispute. Im an Army Veteran and both of us have perfect driving records with 50 years combined behind the wheel. Kings this BETTER NEVER HAPPEN again. You have towed for me before.....very disappointed after I found out about this.

Literally could have been seriously harmed or injured because of the unconcerned negligence by one of Kings employees. I was left stranded on the shoulder of one of the most dangerous parts of 95 Southbound because the gentleman said I needed a tow hook for a Mercedes and without one there was nothing he could do. This was after his initial inspection indicated that he was actually going to have to exert some physical labor on this call, in which at this revelation the excuse was made and the Kings employee basically left me in the 20 degree cold with no option other than to call another truck because I dont know what to tell you. I was left to wait another hour for a truck to come and DO the job that this inconsiderate low life neglected to. I am appalled that I was left in such a dangerous and helpless condition. This employee is a reflection of your company, which after this experience leaves me wondering what kind of business is actually being run here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car broke down during a blizzard. While waiting for a tow truck to arrive, Kings shows up and hooks up my car. I assumed as part of the road service I asked for from VW Roadisde. Nope. Told me I was in violation of the parking ban and charged me $155 to get my car back! These people take scum bag to the next level.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.... Awful worse service, dispatchers are not helpful at all, very rude, and do not realize the customer comes first. They told me they were dispatching a tow truck but it never show, I called back and I was told they could not get in. I said I been standing out in the cold and snow waiting and I have not seen a tow truck. The Dispatcher told me to call another company. If I could give them zero stars I would.
