I hated that the Staples on Dorothy Lane closed down that was my go to store for all office needs. Not once was I greeted at this location. Not offered assistance at all. Other customers were getting the help they needed in the same isle I was in. No matter how great your product, never fail to make a customer feel appreciated while patronizing your business.
