These guys are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Our problem was unique and solved it easily. They fixed a strap and did it all with a smile. Dont hesitate to use their services!

I had an excellent experience with them towing my work box truck. Lewis arrived quicker than expected and was very nice and professional. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely use Roadrunner again.

These guys put me in a bad spot and didnt care whatsoever. I vane reccomend them. I had cheduled a tow with them for the next day. The guy on the phone requested I call him again the next day to remind him an hour prior (guess they dont write things down) so I did exactly that. I called the next day they claimed they never talked to me. Funny because the guy on the phone had remembered my car and described it from a previous tow a month or so earlier. I dont think the guy I talked to was the same one but answered the same number and said his truck was broken. I dont know what to say...

Broke down in Centerville and these guys came and drug me back home to Ogden. Lewis was awesome and these guys wont rip you off. Live the fact they dont make a living by towing for apartment complexes like alot of them do. Awesome job Roadrunner

This place isnt open on the weekend and they still charge $40 per day. They close at 5pm which is not enough time to get there after work hours. They just want your money and do not care about you in any wa. Its all about money.

I called today and the guy on the line said they were short handed and to call elsewhere. I’m glad for the honesty in that he told me he couldn’t do the job, but a little underwhelmed that he didn’t try to keep me as a customer. (I even mentioned it wasn’t an emergency to move my car.) Their loss. I’ll try somewhere else.

So unethical and dishonest. All they want is the title of your car. Their price jumps around all in an effort to get your title. They overcharge and literally act like they have you over a barrel. Stay away.

My son drove off a cliff up Farmington Canyon, within an hour the tow guy met us and pulled it up the cliff. He was very cautious and took his time to not damage the vehicle more than it already was. We ended up driving it home the car home after! We were lucky and he did such a good job and was very professional. Thank you!

I rolled my car in the mountain and they came out bright and early and quickly got it righted and towed back to my house for a reasonable cost, much lower than the other quotes I got!
