He learned our needs and helped select the right CalSpa that was the perfect fit for us. Pricing was great and he beat every other spa dealer we spoke with in terms of getting us the tub quicker. The packages they were able to include including steps and cover given our ability to make a quick buying decision was also a nice addition. Install was also incredibly smooth, I had some worries about getting it through the gate, down a hill on a tight path and across the install team did a killer job. The electrician they recommended was phenomenal as well, he was there early and even fixed an extra outlet that wasnt working for a great price. AWFUL customer service. Was charged $250 for someone to come out, fill up the spa with a garden hose, and left it without making sure everything was running right.**Read their response -- Our customers are very important to us ...and then they continue to charge $200 for nothing and fail to take responsibility for a thorough inspection of the spa.

I would never purchase another spa from here. The sales process was smooth. However, I bought a Marquis spa brand new, 5 year warranty. 2 years in, the heater went out. Of course in the middle of winter. No problem, right? I have a warranty - that’s why I bought brand new! I call the service department who tells me they can’t come out for a week! A week in the middle of freezing temperatures and a heater that doesn’t work - how am I going to keep my hot tub from freezing for a week? So I ask the service department that same question. I’m told to put electric heaters outside, in the wet snow, with 8 kids and 2 dogs running around. That sounds perfectly safe! Oh! And might I add... the warranty service call isn’t ‘free’ in that 5 years. It’s $99 to have someone come out. Finally, someone makes it out to look at the hot tub. It needs a new heater. The service guy was very kind and professional. But.... 3 weeks later - same problem. Heater breaks. Still in the middle of winter. So I call, again.... and I get to wait another week for someone to come out and fix the same problem I had to wait a week for a couple weeks ago. Marquis sucks and the warranty department is worse. $12,000 - not worth it.

Although our sales representative at the county line and Quebec store has always been great (he get 5 stars) unfortunately the over 5k fireplace I purchased from them has been a real lemon. After 3 1/2 years of only seasonal use it started to die. The other inserts in my home, original from the builder over15 years old have never had any issues. The service department wasn’t timely in their response so I had to call another company to come out. Unfortunately a major part has already broken and needs to be replaced. They also said they see a lot of issues with that brand I bought sold exclusively through Spa Brokers. When I contacted Spa Brokers service about the part it took days to respond and their price was marked up significantly from if I bought it on my own and had another company service. Although the retail sales is great, if the products and servicing after the fact are inferior and not customer centered than I can’t recommend them anymore.

Showed up to browse. But they had exactly what we wanted and a great discount, and one already in the pipeline. So we got it faster and cheaper than we had expected. Order was delayed, but they made every effort to get it here, and set up on Christmas eve so the family could enjoy our present. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I purchased our hot tub in December, and man, have we ever been impressed with Spa Brokers. From purchasing our spa and helping us to make a non-pressurized and informed decision, to helping us understand the water chemistry after install and everything in between, these guys have gone above and beyond with their helpfulness and assistance. I was most impressed by the fact that they don’t work for commission, and I never felt like I was just another sales pitch the way I felt when looking at other places. Give these guys your business. Update: Issue mostly resolved, a tech will be out this week to fix the speaker screws and a lighting problem. And just a heads up to future cal spa buyers, there is a $99 service fee for any house call after 1 year, even if they are coming out to service a warranty item.Original 1 star review below:If you are looking to purchase a spa. I would suggest you look for another brand. If Cal Spa will cut corners on a set of screws, who knows what else they may do to save money while building your spa.I bought a mid to high price hot tub about 2 years ago. Right away the speaker screws started rusting. I brought it to their attention in a timely manner. (Within 1st year) The person I talked with at the time talked me out of putting in a warranty claim at the time. I was under the impression I had a 5 year warranty so why not wait, maybe I was doing something wrong with my chemicals as he suggested, so I cleaned up the screws and forgot about the problem.Well fast forward to this year (coming up on 2 years ownership) after making sure my chemicals were spot on, i clean my tub for fall and sure enough rusty speaker screws are showing again.. This time i put in a warranty claim and am told speakers only have a 1 year warranty, it will be a $199 service call. Or I can come in and pick up the screws to change them out myself. I was told cal spa has known of the problem for a while now so they have higher quality screws available. If you know your product has a problem, you should take care of it by sending someone out. My time shouldnt be wasted fixing a known defect, especially when it was brought up at the beginning. Who puts corrosion prone screws anywhere near a hot tub to begin with? And I want my 2 to 4 hours of service time back.

Im working with Colorado Pluming and Gas Lines to obtain a fire ring for my fire pit. I was referred to Brent at the Quebec store to gain details about the 48 fire ring that was suggested. Brent did not know much about the product which I find curious from the start. But thats alright, he took my number down, he read it back to me. After a couple days, I called back and talked with Brent again. He said he tried to call me, but must have written the number down wrong, and threw it out because, and I quote, I couldnt be bothered. You couldnt be bothered? Well, he could have called over the person who referred me, but I guess not. He had read it back to me, btw.Previous to this, I had let him know that I had purchased a big hot tub from Spa Brokers for my back yard project. Brent answered the 2 questions I had tasked him with. But then couldnt tell me the name brand of the ring nor the quality of the stainless steel that it was made of other than to say it really good. I already was aware that he couldnt be bothered, so I politely thanked him and ended the phone call.Ill be ordering my fire ring from Fire Pit Direct whose expert, John, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and gave me insight into what ring is best for my fire pit. And I wont be bothered to get the swim spa that my kids have been bothering me for that we have been (had been) looking at over at the Parker location. Ill also be getting my chemicals for my tub elsewhere from now on.

Purchased a spa and fireplace from the Spa Brokers at Quebec and County Line Rd in Centennial. Worked with Chad on both purchases. Can’t say enough about how great he was. Prices were reasonable and the service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the time we walked in the store, we were treated great. Chad explained all of the differences between the spas and fireplaces we were interested in and put no pressure on us at all. After the purchase, the delivery people and installers were also excellent. Hard to find this kind of service these days but they were on top of everything. Showed up when they said they would and we’re clean and very nice and efficient. Have been back a couple of times after the spa was delivered with a few questions and Chad was great in answering all of my questions. As you can tell, I can’t say enough about this business. Excellent in every possible way!

When we finally decided to buy a spa, we headed straight to Spa Brokers on S. Quebec Street. A couple of years ago we had an excellent experience with Brent Chenhall when purchasing and installing a gas fireplace. Once again Brent listened carefully to our needs, and answered our questions thoroughly and professionally. We never felt pressured. The installers were excellent as was the electrician Jim Dwyer who performed an amazing job in 20 degree weather. We love our new spa and highly recommend this business.

It is a rarity to find a company that is as concerned about their customers after the sale as they are before it. Spa Brokers in Centennial is one of those rare finds. Chad, our sales person, was very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. We bought a fireplace from him in June and when we were ready to replace our hot tub, there was no need to do any comparison shopping. We just went back to Spa Brokers due to the sales experience they deliver and our trust!

I bought a Heat and Glo fireplace to replace one I had. I love it! I worked with Chad at Spa Brokers and he was very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the install. I had two requirements for the new fireplace. I wanted a remote control and a more modern look with the glass beads. He found me a model that would meet my requirement and work in my space with an easy install. I’m very happy with the results.

The only reason why I am not giving 5stars is because of the awful experience we had with Reign of Fire, the gas install contractors that were recommended by Spa Brokers (and I wrote a review to reflect my experience). However, with that, Nate at Spa Brokers was awesome! Friendly, helpful, more than accommodating, and patient. We ordered our fireplace right before Christmas and requested a rush as we had single pane windows and had family coming into town. The Heat n Glow fireplace is extremely nice and gives off a ton of heat, plus it’s pretty! :) The customer experience was not rushed and if we had more space for second fireplace I would absolutely buy another from Nate!

My husband and I bought our Hollywood / Marquis hot tub from the Quebec St (South) location several years ago and have been loyal customer ever since. Not only does our original sales assistant (Nate) remember us every time we come in, the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their product if we ever have questions about maintenance. If youre in the market for a hot tub, the service here is top notch!

We purchased a hot tub last November but didn’t actually get it until about a week ago. We were waiting to finish our deck before we had the hot tub delivered. We had a minor issue with the delivery folks, but it’s been taken care of. We ended up going with the Marques Epic with some upgrades, and absolutely love it. Chad was the person we were dealing with, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable the entire step of the way. This past weekend we went to get some extra chemicals and we dealt with David who was very friendly, and very helpful. Nate has always been very helpful and friendly every time we see him as well. I do also have to say Julia from the delivery department was phenomenal. I didn’t realize how truly awesome these guys were till we went to another Spa Brokers that same day on our way home back to Colorado Springs. We had stopped by the one off of Abilene St and the girl at the front desk was nice, but the bald guy and the guy named Travis were less than friendly. Not only did they not even acknowledge us when we walked in the store, but when we asked about the outdoor saunas Travis sarcastically said they start at $7000, and didn’t offer to even explain anything to us beyond that. It’s like if we were inconveniencing him. I felt like he assumed we couldn’t afford it, yet we payed for our hot tub in cash go figure. That really bothered me because we didn’t get treated that way at all at this store on Quebec St. We will definitely be going to this store due to the great customer experience they gave us (with the exception of Brent who lacks any sort of customer service skills). I had a very negative experience with Spa Brokers and if it were possible to uninstall the insert and take my business elsewhere, I would.The salesman had to send information over to the gas company they use. I was told it would talk 1-2 days and the gas company would reach out to set up an initial walk through. After more than 1 week I called the salesman to ask why I hadnt heard from anyone. He claimed the gas company was having email issues and he would call them. First of all, way to pass off blame to someone else. Secondly, why didnt you call them after one day to confirm receipt of request, especially since you seemed to know they were having email issues?After confirming the measurements with the gas company and going through with the purchase with the Spa Brokers salesman I thought all would be well. The gas company did the install and were a pleasure to work with except they didnt install the door or cover to the fireplace. It was on back order and they were surprised the Spa Brokers salesman had failed to mention that. Obviously, it was never mentioned to me and now I had a gas insert that I couldnt use because I have small kids running around my house who will burn their tiny hands without that cover.I ended up driving to the warehouse as soon as the cover arrived to pick it up myself and install it on my own because it would have taken weeks to have gotten it scheduled otherwise.Finally, it has been several weeks since the project has been completed and Ive yet to receive a call from Spa Brokers asking how everything is.Based off my experience I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Spa Brokers to anyone. Their extraordinary lack of customer service, sales 101 skills, and inability to properly communicate make it an easy choice for me to take my future business elsewhere.

I bought two gas fireplaces from spa brokers.. both heatnglo. One would not turn on and cause was a broken wire inside the plastic electrical box which came loose from the soldered connection. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to try to isolate this inside the factory box. Not so great quality control.

We just bought a new hot tub, and these guys have been great every step of the way. They have provided great information and advice on caring for our new tub, and the one time we did get bad advice and our neck pillows got ruined, they gave us new ones. I am very impressed.

Delivery people were great the rest of the experience has been very poor. Delivered with wrong manual and wrong cover lifter. Told that I had the correct manual. Had to bring what I had into the stoe before sales person admitted it was wrong. Still don’t have a manual they are going to try and get one. Still don’t have the correct cover lift or a date It will be corrected. Very disappointing as we have made numerous purchases in the past.

Let me first apologize as I cannot remember everyones names, but our salesman, Nate Rolly was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and not pushy like many sales people often come across. The Quebec location is where we purchased our Hot Tub and it was an easy, no hassle experience. Even after the tub was delivered and we have been using for a month, the staff at Spa Brokers has been very helpful. Getting the water just right isnt easy, but they help us through all the questions/concerns and dont act bothered by your hot tub water/chemical rookie status. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience. We definitely felt this was the place to purchase as the service was stellar and the location is close to home so we can run up there when we need chemicals or questions answered. Nate could have just given me some ideas on the issue and sold me a few parts...but instead helps me unload it from the car, pull it apart, and fix the issue right in the parking lot. Not even a part needed to get it back to working order (although I did pick up an LP line that I needed)!. The products are top of the line, and so are the attitudes of the people servicing you.
