I have experienced true freedom from issues that have weighed me down for years through the counseling services of Elliant Counseling Services. EMDR, brainspotting, and neurofeedback all sounded so foreign to me when I first became a client. But unlike regular cognitive behavioral therapy...or talk therapy which I had done for years...these techniques actually get to the root of the problem and clear it out.I initially came to Elliant for alcohol abuse issues. I got great help and am now over two years alcohol free. But the counseling has extended into my life as a whole and has positively impacted my depression level and relationships with my spouse, my family and friends, and myself.It is hard work to change, but it has been the best hard work I have ever done.
