Called about scaffolding, the man on the phone was busy, but promised to call back. He returned my call a couple hours later, got my details and arranged for pickup next day. Next day, a prompt professional response at the counter, quick loading outside, scaffolding works well, was fairly clean, no issues.

I wont be returning to subelt rentals due to unethical sales practices. I rented an air compressor from Sunbelt this fall, and the person who rang me up added a $6 insurance plan to the bill without my knowledge. He didnt explain what he was charging me for, he only handed me the credit card receipt, told me the total, and asked me to sign it. I thought that it seemed a bit high, but I thought the difference was from the air hose I rented to go with the compressor and taxes. It wasnt until I had left the store that I took a look at the invoice and realized I was charged for something I didnt want (the credit card receipt didnt have any itemization and I wasnt given the invoice until after I had signed for the credit card charge). At that point I suppose I could have gone back in the store to argue over the $6 difference, but in my opinion thats beside the point; simply getting my $6 back doesnt do anything to discourage them from doing the same thing to future consumers. I would rate Sunbelt only one start, but to be fair the compressor worked just fine and the rental cost (aside from the insurance policy) was competitive.
