The Geek Squad techs in Longmont that have assisted me when my drive crashed were excellent. From Russell, Jennifer and Patrick to Brad the manager. Though my drive is still with Level 3 Team in another state and having a bit of issue there with the old drive and retrieving data, the fine people above helped me to get my computer up and running again with a new drive and moving what information we could gather from my last backup back on to the computer. They were very patient which really helped during a very stressful time and I recommend using them 100%.
