I attended Susies Freed from Stuck workshop and was relieved to find itwas a truly hands-on, get-into-it, workshop rather than just telling a bunch of stories or pitch fest. I knew I had some goofy issue holding me back, but using her process in the workshop helped me to discover the true root of the problem, which turned out to be in a completely different direction than I thought it was. Her workbook has been very helpful to my going through the rest of the steps at my own pace, but I already see improvement and Im imagining going big again! I highly recommend Susies workshop to any business owner whether you know youre stuck or not.

Susie is a gifted counselor and coach! She is easily able to help me articulate my thoughts feelings and emotions when I don’t always have the right words to express them! She just seems to “get me” me and in knowing the right questions to ask, will call me out when something I feel or say is inconsistent with what I am putting out there. She also helps me make sense of the stories that I tell myself in my mines and is able to get me to understand that sometimes there is no evidence to support the “negative”story that I might be playing in my head . She really has a way of getting me to look at things on a deeper level and that clarity and validation provides so much relief! If I am not clear on something that I am saying she will ask for clarifying to make certain she understands where I am coming from before moving forward. She truly seems to take an interest in what is going on underneath and does not want to miss out on any details. As a coach myself I can truly speak to her talents and think very highly of her. I have recommended her to other people and will continue to do so in the future!
