We are a property management company and wanted to check 888 out for possibly doing our HVAC replacements.Josh was great and told me up front that 888 may not be a good match because our designated budget was below their lowest priced units.I totally understand and we did find another vendor with cost effective units specifically for landlords.However, I will definitely call 888 again when I need to do a furnace replacement in my own home.

I was very pleased with this company! I really appreciated the initial findings of my furnace and AC unit. Deri was extremely thorough as I was presented with an 11-page assessment with actual pictures of the interior of my unit as well as pics of all meter readings. The turnaround time between my order and the install was very quick. My installers, Walter and Mike were extremely professional and polite and respected my home. They made sure I understood all the new features and to let them know if I had any issues or questions. I highly recommend this company!

Great, honest work! Cleaned the outdoor A/C unit and walked through all the areas of concern in detail. My unit is 23 years old so Matthew pointed out the usual suspects for units that age and provided best cases and suggestions to try and stretch the lifespan as much as possible. They patiently worked around my home’s awkward floor plan, lack of gate, and numerous pets that needed to be shuffled around and secured during the install. Walter replaced my 21 year old air conditioner and furnace with humidifier. He noted that when my air conditioner was installed, they did not remove the old pad and just put an additional pad on top, so he removed both old pads, now doing it correctly. He also noted that my previous humidifier was positioned incorrectly, which might help explain why it never worked well. He installed the new humidifier on my new furnace where it should actually perform. Overall a great job, took good care of my house throughout.

Theyre hectic but they will always make it right by the customer.UPDATE: had to take 2 stars, there was a pretty painful disconnect between the people in the field and the people in the office, resulting in multiple miscommunications, least of which led to someone letting themselves in my home while I was showering. I left that off the original review because they always worked hard or had a discount to make up for it, and the field techs are very nice so its hard to stay mad. HOWEVER, I signed a financing deal and was TOLD you can pay if off anytime you want in that 18 months and you wont be charged interest, or we have a payment plan so I opted for the non payment plan so I could pay it all off at once in a few months. Well I got back from vacation and discovered a letter in the mail indicating a late fee on my passed due payment for the month. Gotta love a bait n switch.

Shout out to Walter Nelson and Woods for removing the old furnace and incompatible A/C. They also installed a compatible furnace and A/C. They worked well together as a team, protected the floors, walked me thru setting up the thermostat and cleaned up any messes from the old equipment. There was nothing I could complain about. Overall I enjoy working with 888 Heating. The only struggle was resolving the processes, timing, and responsible contact points for 888 Heatings special financing. Therefore, I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise Nelson and Woods would have received a 5.0.

Walter and CJ of 888Heating installed a tankless water heater, which is a complicated job. They were polite, hard working, knowledgeable, and thorough. Even filled in some insulation when they found a bigger duct hole than expected. I recommend them.

There were issues with the install and the company corrected the issues, however this was not the optimal experience. We learned about the preferred option after the install and were presented an estimate of 4K more for the extra work. That said, the overall product is great, however the installation process was mediocre.

It was the first time Josh had serviced our heating system. He did a tremendous job for us. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and skills with performing annual unit inspection and maintenance. He was very courteous as well. We were extremely pleased and will always Josh as the service expert who performs our annual inspections. I recommend you use him, too.

We are extremely grateful that we called 888 after seeing their truck at a neighbors house. Josh was very professional, but the checklist he performed to evaluate our systems was beyond-belief magnificent! Weve never experienced such a thorough systems check and were amazed at what he found. Josh documented, with written comments and pictures, the results the many items he checked. Josh also made comments to me about things he noticed that were good, or not so good, and related his comments to his obviously vast experience. Josh gently, but firmly, recommended we sign up for a monthly maintenance club membership because it offers many values for us in the future. The 888 crew did great job on my HVAC system replacement. The furnaces work well, although AC cant be tested due to weather. One issue seemed to be that the circuit breaker for the furnace was accidently left off but 888 responded my service call and fixed it.

Its not often that I write a review but my experience with 888 heating must be mentioned.Nobody likes to get theyre furnace repaired, much less replaced. Just something you have to deal with and hope it turns out well.My quote from company X was notably less, but it just didnt feel right so I went with 888, who I found on Tom Martinos referral list.888 heating & air is on the referral list for a reason. An unanticipated problem with my house came up during installation, one that probably would have stumped most companies, but not 888. The owner Garrett called me personally to go over the plan to get me taken care of and I couldnt be more happy. And that doesnt begin or end with Garrett, the guys installing my new system are awesome along with the manager on site.So......If you need to have someone look at your system, I 100% recommend 888 heating and air.

Kyle was up front and honest about the options I had available to me to get my furnace up and running again. Everything was good, except a small issue with the ignitor, which needs to be replaced. He did not try to hard me on anything, or force me to sign for something today.I will be getting that part replaced very soon, and will request Joshua for the job.
