Wont be going back to this store anymore. The older man who helped me was extremely rude and was not informed on AT&Ts own promotions. He refused to inform me on certain deals. Garbage service to be quite honest.

Fool me once. While on vacation I had to replace my wife’s phone in June. The transaction was a typical experience. I was offered the all the promo add-ons, insurance and such. I respectfully declined. They assisted in setting up the phone and transferring the data over. Customer service was good. However, I reviewed my bill for July and it was way overpriced for what I knew I would be. I was charged the activation fee as expected. But I wasn’t expecting to be hit with an insurance package charge after I told them I didn’t want it. I don’t know how much commission they make off those packages but I want to warn you to pay close attention during your transaction. It’s easy for them to slip that in there and you will have no clue until your bill comes.Thankfully AT&T corporate customer service was great about removing the charge and crediting me back the money paid out.This store is an authorized retailer if AT&T products and plans.

I would give a full 5 stars, but I sat in the store for 2 hours waiting for assistants to pay my bill. I finally told the one and only sales person that I would come back tomorrow, and I left.That store needs more help!

This store is a joke. Couldn’t even pay our bill kept getting told to come back in 20 minutes. Then had to wait another hour on top of that. As soon as my phone is payed off we will be switching providers because this was ridiculous. Don’t ever go to at&t in Celina worst place ever

One of the best experiences Ive ever had! I was able to save money by switching to Directv and get a free phone from a promotion they were doing. I highly recommend going to see them.

Amazing service! The address was wrong on google and i called them to find out where they were located. They said they had just moved and google hasnt updated yet, Aside from that, everything was great! They helped me move everything from my crappy sprint service and saved me money on my cable and home phone. Would def recommend checking them out.

The girl Madison not only was rude and very unprofessional but told me to call customer service to have my number ported and apparently customer service had cancelled the service I just paid for. When I went back to speak to her she was screaming and yelling saying customer service basically took my money and there was nothing she could do. So I just paid $60 for this girl to tell me I wasnt getting service?!!! And she is screaming at me?!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! It is poorly managed and obviously staff isnt trained properly

She is always friendly, and always has a great attitude, and welcomes you with a smile. I used to go to Greenville since she started there, but to get the same service, it is worth driving all the way to Celina!

Disapointed. No sample phone to look at, no description of phone or its perks given. He was kind of rude in his explantation of the operating system. Didnt realize he snuck in an item we told him we where going to wait on. Didnt let me make sure the new address was correct. Dont think he gave us a receipt for the phone we ordered. I assume they get commission on that.. Wow.

Very pleasant people. They took the time to show me all the ins and outs of the new phone since my kids talked me into going to an iPhone and not my beloved Samsung. Itll take some getting used to, but thats ok.
