They came out cuz I was having issues for a few months now and its still the worst internet ever
This place has terrible service. I have had there antenna service for over a year and it has never worked right for an entire billing cycle. They would not give me credit or change the antenna like I asked them to do for the past 6+ months. They desided to turn off our service after it was finally fixed again last week. I only had about a week and a half of the speed I was billed for. If I pay 89 a month then I should be getting what I pay for or at least only pay for what I get.
I really enjoy my home internet, DVR, HD, and Quality Customer Service!!!!
I am pulling 940 Megs down and 940 Megs up at my house in Celina. Amazing Service!
