This is the worst company. Do not do business with this company. The managers will not return your call. I was a customer for more than 15 years until they kept increasing their fees. I called Republic their service is better and they are less expensive. I told Waste Industries I wanted to cancel service. I told them to pick up their containers and it took them over a month. They tried to charge a service fee for the month they didnt provide any service. They finally picked up the containers and then tried to charge a fee of $1,812.12 for damage to their containers. The only damage on their containers is from their drivers mishandling the containers.I got on their website on 12/10/19 and requested that someone call me about my final invoice. I called them twice after requesting someone contact me on their website. I called once on 12/10/19 and once on 12/13/19. It is now 12/19/19 and I still have not received a call. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen!
I cancelled my service in March and I’m still waiting on a refund check since I was set up on automatic billing. It’s now been 6 months, about 7 phone calls, promises of getting a call back and nothing has been done. I will never again use this company due to the lack of follow up and customer service I have experienced with them.
We were with this service for maybe 3 months and they skipped us six times. We paid on time, and I would call each week to let them know they skipped us, but they never got us in to rotation. Not to mention the people I would talk to would be rude. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Never thought a trash service could make me this angry. Go with the Trash Man instead.
