Great prices & service

Steve was prompt and friendly. He went out of his way to work with us to find the right types of flooring for a complicated job. He worked with us on our evolving time frames for each part of the project. Steve was very knowledgeable. Not only with the right products and pricing for us, but general construction as well.

Arrranged to have our oak floor refinished while out of town for 3 days. Left specific written instructions with Steve on how to deactivate and activate house alarm. Came home three days later to find that alarm was not on and virtually all lights in house were on. Neighbors said lights burned all 3 days. Judge for yourself what kind of workers this shop employs!

Maybe things have changed in the 6 years since the previous comment was made. I was concerned about asking multiple vendors to come measure for carpet, wondering if one set of measurements was enough and if I could take those numbers to the vendor we decided to use. When I mentioned this to Steve he laughed and said, We call that competition. Not a problem. He had some good suggestions about uneven wear and tear in areas we thought about putting the same carpet that would see greatly differing traffic levels. Good to think about.

Very happy with our experience at Floor Shop. The owner went above and beyond to get the carpet we wanted in a timely manner as we were having guests. All installed and we are very satisfied with the product!

Good food, portions are big, decor is good and staff are friendly

Walked in at noon in middle of week and I apparently interrupted his wifes and his lunch ( Wendys or some fast food). I chatted for a few minutes and he rudely stated that I should not walk into a place at lunch time. Im not one for confrontation and apologized and walked out. Does this make sense? Rude rude personality, I have no idea about his work as a handyman but I dont do business with someone who treats me like this. Find a different store!! Happened December 2015
