So Ive been going to this Jackson Hewitt now for like 5 or 6 years and this year I was so lucky and got audited from irs so I go in to the store to see how they can help me cuz they say everywhere they will take care of and audit yet I was more or less y old good luck with it ur on ir own there prices go up every year n the quality of services just gets worse time to find a new place

Jackson Hewitt is okay. Very, very, very expensive as for the tax preparation aspect is concerned. The ONLY reason why I patronize this company is for the refund advance. I suggest to carefully select which company prepares your taxes. I know other perparers, now offer this feature, but I am already an established customer. Choose wisely.

Disagree they suck way over priced an not ever helpful h an r block are better

My mom filed her taxes with Shawn B. She was a walk in appointment and he got her taxes done in a timely manner. My father passed away in 2019 and was the one typically who handled filing so we had plenty of questions. Shawn made us laugh even though we wanted to cry during this stressful time.i would definitely recommend!

Left as soon as heard the prices....waaaaay to much money

I loved my experience just like the last few years Im never going anywhere else for my taxes Im always a Jackson Hewitt member and the lady that did mine was fantastic nd really nice and I wished I should have gotten her name.

So we originally had an apt at the Walmart JH, however we did not get great service there. So we decided to check out this location before giving up on JH. We definitely made the right choice. Heather and LaShawn were wonderful tax preparers. They both treated us with the up most respect and dignity. They gave us their undivided attention and were as quick as they could be, given the fact we had 2 states to file from. Heather is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. LaShawn was fantastic, had a great sense of humor and finished our taxes quickly. We had a loan refund within an hour of filing. If you are gonna use JH you should definitely go to this branch. We will be back each year! Thanks guys

Had an appointment at 7:30 and was told if we werent going to file for sure with them, we were wasting their time. Refused to help. Really disrespectful.

You can get a better price doing them yourself or by going to an actual a countant

Friendly fast service

Spent 2 hours there for them to tell me they could not figure out my taxes.

Got there 5 minutes after 5pm and was able to walk up to the desk and get started. She was very friendly and professional. No wonder Ive been coming here for 3 years now!
