Just so you all know, this is the best way to sell your home! Not only do you save a ton of money, you save the buyer money(which gives you a chance to sell faster for a lower price) and you don’t have to do anything other than show your home! We honestly had the best experience, made some money, and was able to get 3 offers, 2 which were at or above asking, and happened within 60 days of putting it on the market... faster than we had anticipated! We also worked with our buyer and was able to stay in the home till our new one was able to be moved in to! No middle man, just us talking to them and getting what we both wanted! We won’t ever go back to selling a house traditionally again. Also, we signed the paperwork on our own time and they, a rep from FSBO, went to the bank and represented us to finish up the paperwork this morning! Such an easy transition... oh, and they take care of the financials too, like sending the check to pay off your mortgage loan and dropping off any extra amount to our bank! FSBO took great pictures, a video, an inspection, a floor plan, and put it all out on Zillow and Trulia.Within the first week a large number of realtors contacted me and I let them in to the process.
