Pete did an amazing and thorough job restoring my 30ish year old piano to better than Ive ever heard it play. its perfect. He even fixed the music stand that Ive been meaning to fix for years. It meant a lot to me to have it working and sounding so good again. Pete was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout the entire process and I highly recommend him! Pete came to our house to refurbish our 1948 Kimball bought second hand for a hundred bucks. Pete knew all about it, told us that it was worth it to refurbish and restore what we could and got into a playable condition. At all times he was friendly, informative, and efficient. I give him my heartiest recommendation. Some people just tune pianos, but Pete knows them inside and out.

Life is too short to play a piano thats out of tune. Pete was so friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him to tune my old, old piano. It sounded great when he left and he didnt pressure me to perform repairs the piano really needs. When a few notes slid south, Pete even came back to tweak them again, unbelievable!

Pete is wonderful! My husband and I first met him when we bought a Yamaha Disklavier player piano at West Music ten years ago. We had recently moved and needed to have it tuned and updated. We contacted West Music and found out that Pete was no longer the piano dept. manager there. After getting extremely poor customer service from West Music, we went online and found Pete. We couldnt be happier!! Pete came to our home to diagnose the problems. He contacted Yamaha customer service several times on our behalf and came to our home a total of three times to take care of the problems. Our piano is better than new. I highly recommend Petes Piano Service; he is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was timely and even went above and beyond by helping me move the piano to clean behind it and plug in a lamp that I had just purchased because the outlet was behind the piano... he taught me the proper way to clean and move the piano in case we need to move it again in the future.
