Eric is great! We moved into our new house and I noticed some dark colored fast moving bugs hanging around the corner of our third stall in the garage (oriental cockroaches…ick). Our new home is in a heavily wooded area so I also noticed we have all kinds of spiders residing amongst us (like the big eat your face off variety - it feels like IT up in here) and crickets galore. I called on Monday after finding the yuck bugs over the weekend moving stuff around in the garage as that was the last straw for me and suddenly was terrified they might move into the house with colder temps coming. Eric was helpful and professional and even exchanged a few texts over the course of the next few days helping identify the type of bug for me before he came out for service on Thursday. He was early and texted me well in advance to let me know he was ahead of schedule which I greatly appreciated as I work from home so that gave me time to go move things away from the garage walls so he could treat inside the garage also, as well as outside the perimeter of the house. We hired Eric for seasonal service because of the amazing service he provided us. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind, and I’m not couture living with any kind of bug visible inside living spaces. He took the time to talk with me about my concerns, patiently educated me and gave me options for treating. Hire this guy if you need pest control! You won’t regret it! I trust him with my home!

Very experienced techs. Exterior service with interior as needed really suits my work schedule. I dont have to miss work to let someone in my place. That big sprayer they use is very impressive. It really gives us a wide barrier. The few times Ive had to call them to come do the inside they are always prompt and very knowledgeable. Knocking down spiderwebs on the outside of my house and the inside of the garage is just icing on the proverbial cake. I highly recommend their services. I was feeling very defeated after a year of monthly service with a chain pest control company only to still have ants in every corner of our house. Eric was super responsive to my initial inquiry and was out to our house within a week. I appreciated him listening to our concerns/issues and also using products that are safe for our pets. Highly recommend AAA Pest Control. I gave them a call yesterday morning (8/27/20) because we were seeing carpenter ants in the kitchen due to the recent derecho, and Eric was able to squeeze us in that day. He was friendly, professional, and it was very obvious he takes great pride in his business and the work his company does.10/10, will definitely use AAA Pest Control again, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks.

Came out like an hour (if even that) after I called to take care of a couple wasp nests on a Saturday. Even took a moment to show my 2 year old the wasp nest and the larva in it. Highly recommend!

I did a google search for pest control companies and there were so many to choose from. AAA Pest Control had great reviews so I gave them a call. I was so pleased with the customer service that they provided. Derek was timely in his response and easy to work with. He was very thorough in answering my questions and completing the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Emailed AAA regarding a potential pest issue. Not even 2 hours later received a call from Eric who was very professional, asked about the issue I was having and stated he would be out that day to take a look. Once Eric had arrived with co-worker Derek, they were both super knowledgeable about the issue at hand, genuinely cared about the well being of the customer and any questions I had. Called Eric last week he was able to fit us in within a couple of days and came out and was able to go the extra mile to reach a bald face hornets wasp nest other would not attempt to get Even try! Was extremely Pleased! Definitely recommend this company very professional.

We called AAA today to come do an inspection today because we thought we may have found bed bugs. To our surprise he said he would fit us in today. Jordan arrived on time and was very attentive to our concerns and thank god it was not a bed bug we had found. They did not charge us anything and he left our minds at peace. We will suggest them to anyone who is need of a very professional company.

***contiue of Laura Rybak review*****once we continue to make the journey through the home I quickly was discovering that I had been victim of orkins scare tactic sales plan. Verbatim we were told by orkin that on a scale from bad to really really really bad, we were really really bad..... Eric said it was absolutely not bad at all and in fact he was not even seeing anything of the sort, however I could have eliminated most of the problem wheb removing the furniture. he then instructed me that the following 30 days after the first treatment would be a bit rough because if we had bed bugs they will surface through the smallest cracks. I left the property as I had to move us to a new Airbnb. Eric called me promptly after finishing the service about an hour later. He said that he did not see much of anything and he thought it was strange that about a half hour after treatment nothing was surfacing... By 5 p.m. that day Eric was diligently trying to get ahold of me to talk about my situation. He was very transparent and informed me what he did find... Carpet Beatles... And that as time was going on he was starting to add up 2+2, and he felt horrible for not actually checking for bed bugs any further before doing the treatment because he obviously assumed that if Orkin made the call and I thrown away everything then clearly I was a victim of bed bugs... Immediately Eric told me that he was going to refund a large portion of my treatment costs due to the fact his moral compass was absolutely sitting at an uncomfortable place, and that he should have checked even further before allowing me to dive face-first into that kind of treatment. I swear to God him and his wife showed up at my hotel 20 minutes later handing me a stack of $100 bills back, a new invoice, and a new treatment plan. I was completely in shock my life had been flipped upside down, I have lost almost everything we ever owned, I had done thousands and thousands of dollars in damage in replacement costs and in hotel fees.... Just to hear I may have never even had them. Eric was such a blessing to our lives and only charged us for the chemicals that he used. Tears poured down my face, proving to me that there are still good people in the world. Thank you Eric!!! You will forever be our pest control choice and we have told every single person we know. This will be the first time in my entire life that I am truly speechless and overwhelmed with gratitude.... The amount of kindness that Eric showed us during the most trying Time Of our lives was absolutely phenomenal and rare in this world.On June 26th 2019 my household was flipped upside down. Like the 9th layer of hell my household was struck down with what we believed were bed bugs.... It is one of everyones worst nightmares... And I had no idea what was in store for our future.... Think yourself the last time that you were educated on bed bugs in school? You werent were you.... All that our entire household fell was a sense of immediate panic. We received an in-person free consultation from Orkin where we were presented with a very frightening PowerPoint filled with pictures that look like they were from a horror movie. We were told that the treatment was an obscene $2,000 +.... and that it would be best to throw away everything that we could part with that was permeable, and that they can live in anything and everything including electronics.... I cant explain to you how emotionally charged the experience of weeding through your belongings is.... And throwing away scrapbooks, shoes, purses.... Sentimental things that cannot be replaced like handmade dolls .... Pretty much everything that you cannot put in a washer and dryer on the sanitize cycle. 😳 I threw away every single bed in the house, every single couch, chair, loveseat.... And as the thousands and thousands of dollars piled up in Lost damage... I still had to put my family up in airbnbs and hotels until we could afford the treatment. I was spinning my wheels and getting nowhere spending that kind of money to try to keep us afloat yet somehow trying to save to get the bed bug treatment. the Orkin man said the soonest they could get us in was approximately two and a half weeks after his initial consultation and if we did not take that date then that would be weeks and weeks after that again.... He told us that if we had a credit score of 700 or higher they were able to offer financing options. as a small business owner who threw themselves into student loan debt right out of high school I can certainly tell you I do not have a credit score of 700. Magically neither do any of my family members even though lots of us are quite successful.On the night before we were scheduled to have our orkin treatment I called the sales man incomplete sobbing tears saying that there was just no way I was going to come up with the full amount of the money. During our conversation he did a pop up on my house and reiterated to me that my house would be condemned if I did not take care of this problem.... Magically he said that orkin had changed their financing policy that week which was the 4th of July week in 2019, and that if we could find someone with a credit score of 638 they would then offer financing.... Still with no high credit scores available I was at a standstill. He pleaded with me to figure out a way.... continuing to point out all of the horrors that would continue to follow if I did not see this treatment through.... I dont know what he did not understand.....I had been spending thousands on air bnbs, hotels, and replacing emergency items... He left very disgruntled and I thought we were out of hope and out of a home. A family friend told me about Eric and AAA pest control....when I reached out to him it was on a Sunday afternoon, and he was at a car show.... Even being on his personal time he immediately texted me to tell me that he would call me right away. And he did. He then devoted a great deal of time hearing all of my problems, concerns, questions and more. Eric was a much more affordable option... And he bent over backwards to get us in as quickly as possible once we had the funds. The day of the treatment finally arrived, and when he opened up our door the first thing he said was holy cow..You really did throw away everything?!? You absolutely did not have to do that.... **This will be a two part review as I ran out of character space😅**
