I had a very pleasant experience during my visit at Hanger Clinic : orthotics and prosthetics. The staff was friendly and the clinician seems to care about my needs, and was willing to go above and beyond to fix the kinks, so that my orthotics fitted properly.

The shoe insert I was fitted was ready and fit well with minimal waiting. Am well pleased.

They are very helpful and accommodating.

We were treated with great respect and compassion. Everything was explained clearly. Wait time was very reasonable.

Got custom arch supports which cost me over $400. Moved to Missouri. Nearest Hanger was located in Quincy, IL. Started having issues after only 4 months so went to Hanger in Quincy. Was told my supports were already compressing. Called Cedar Rapids and they would do nothing for me, not even refund any of my money. Was able to get new supports and rocker shoes made both for only $260. The Cedar Rapids location was way out of line in their pricing and after being told they would service any problems for the lifetime of the supports, was told I would have to drive to Iowa even though a Hanger representative verified the issues. I feel like I was severely ripped off with the price I paid and the lack of customer service I received.

Hanger clinic gives individual service and isn’t satisfied until you are. They make sure your device is comfortable and make themselves available for adjustments as your body is adjusting

Hanger Prosthetics are very professional in what they do. Prompt service and extremely knowledgable and friendly staff.
