Yesterday, my guest calls them and no one answers the call for an hour. He couldnt use internet. This happened once before also. They are lacking on their service. In June 2020, Ovation network customer service wasted about 46 mins and still can not figure out the problem even having all information available about all devices in their system, then upon asking to get help from others he did not do and we have to hang up that call because it was taking too long with no result. yesterday I ask questions about billings so customer service guy says talked to account manager, after he transfer to him, he says I have to talk to accounting dept. Once I got hold of Accounting dept She said I have to talk to Account manager. Now who ever reads my review is smart enough to understand whats going on with Ovation Networks employees....responsibility issue....there is more but dont want to say more....otherwise this review will look like an essay.....hahaha
Waited on the phone for two hours and nobody ever answered the phone. I left a message and never got a call back. Horrible.
One of the best companies I have ever worked with - We have used Ovation Networks at our Platinum Award Winning property for 7 years plus and have never had anything less that AMAZING service. Brandon and Chris are so great to work with even shipping new parts out to me next day without any premium charge. We upgraded our network over 2 years ago and our guests responses have been through the roof - we are now faster, more reliable and efficient than ever before. The staff will go out of their way to help - I would highly recommend this company.

Also, I have read many reviews for terrible service, its the individual hotels that need to UPDATE equipment, with newer technology things have to be updated and cannot use old equipment since they are not designed for the volume we use these days! There were a couple issues, one of which was addressed right away and we are working to resolve another. Overall, helpful and responsive team for guest internet service issues.
Very poor hotel network provider. In the past week I encountered this provider in Ft Collins CO (Red Lion Inn) and today in Cedar Rapids IA (Country Inn) and their service is down. Hotel staff is unable to assist other than open a trouble ticket. They use very low end equipment and open source software that they dont know how to use. You would think they could provide good service in their hometown (Cedar Rapids) but they dont even have an estimate for when the service will be repaired.

This is the Best Western Hotel in Bethel, CT. We have been using Ovation Networks for years. Any time our guests had an issue, it was resolved within minutes. They are great with responding to the staff at our property and are able to resolve glitches immediately. I would recommend them for any business.

The experience i have with using ovation networks wi fi is one of the worst experiences ever. There wifi goes in and out of service constantly. And when you call to make a complaint they tell you that you need to purchase all this other crap to make it better. I would recommend NOT to use ovation network services. What ever people pay for there services is to much.

Hotel owners & Guests beware.No accountability & worst service.I was staying in Quality Inn, Media PA recently.Hotels employ them as 1-800 (Helpdesk) service for WI-FI.They are the most un-accountable service providers. If service is poor, Hotels get bad reviews.They have un-necessary policies that hotel owners are not even aware of.For example, restricting the access to internet from a computer after a interval.They have the worst service.Fir every problem like that they will transfer you to account manager. Then nobody picks up the phone.Hotel owners, beware, you will be getting bad reviews for no fault of yours. Most hotel owners are not technical enough to know about the useless policies these service providers are implementing on their networks.
Horrible service. Able to connect less than ⅓ of the time, particularly bad with mobile device. As far as I am concerned any hotel that advertises internet access using this service is guilty of false advertising. Avoid like the plague.
I tried to use the wifi at a quality inn, the front desk told me to call ovation, stayed on hold for 30 minutes no one answered, i checked out and went to a different hotel with Xfinity, much much better
We have had Ovation for just over a year now and have had zero complaints about our WIFI. They solved the problem we were having with our WIFI and I highly recommend them.
