Very unprofessional, rude, nasty, borderline abusive. I wouldnt recommend them to transport a dog let alone one of my loved ones. Disgusting! The gentleman working overnights needs to be terminated immediately!

I had a patient in for a hearing appointment. I had to try and call their phone number to come in and pick up the patient 11 times. Every time there was no answer. When I did get a representative they were rude and said that I had just tried to call 10 times and they were trying to get back to 3 voicemails. It is easy to give good customer service and this was handled very poorly. I would not recommend. There are lots of other transport services out there that can help provide better service with a better attitude for their clients.

Steve was an excellent driver. He was courteous, polite and careful in loading and unloading the wheelchair.

We transported our 93 year old mother from the senior living center to a family graduation party on the weekend. The normal prices are $55 round trip. But the transport never disclosed to us or the home (who set it up for us) the the weekend rate was $90rt plus because we sent her back at 4:30 instead of 4 it was considered after hours. $125 for a 3 hour family gathering. When I called to ask why it was not disclosed they were less than helpful and just kept putting the blame on the home. They didnt ask. It is common practice everywhere to disclose extra charges. I asked if it was posted on their website... nope. Price sheet?? They dont give that out unless asked. Hhhmmmm look elsewhere folks.

This company needs to be investigated by the BBB for reckless and very dangerous drivers. Had one run a red light beside me, cut me off at another intersection, and have a total disregard for anyone around them. The vehicle claimed they they treat your family like their own? Thats scary! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, ITEMS, ANYTHING!

Absolute liars! We used them for my mother in law and when we received their bill it was twice what they originally quoted! The driver told us them taking her up and downstairs was included in their fee and then they charged us an extra $50 per trip for taking her up and down. Will never use again and recommend no one else does, they are thieves!

POOR!!! My father, confined to a wheelchair and hardly able to move, sits in the nursing home looking at 4 walls. We hired them to transport him to his only granddaughters wedding. Besides me taking him for walks around the block or for doctor appointments, he never leaves the home. Special K arrived at the home and asked for the wrong person, my dad sitting there dressed up with a new haircut, about to attend the most important event of his granddaughters life. He did not make it to the wedding, and due to Special Ks incompetence, the wedding was ruined.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Youll learn in about a week why they send you a bill instead of paying up front. I was charged 90 dollars to go 6 miles and back. Never again!

Never used them but their drivers are erratic and irresponsible today for the second time while riding my bicycle was almost hit by one of their drivers

Drivers are seen running red lights, squeeling their tires at intersections, backing up traffic or weaving in and out of different lanes. You cant tell if they have a passenger in the back or not, but they should not be driving like this either way.
