I am so grateful to have an option like Office Evolution!! I am a super small business and the one con of starting up on my own was the huge expense of finding a space to rent. Office Evolution gave me an option I didnt even know was available! I now have an affordable space with an extremely friendly staff. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Office Evolution Cedar Rapids is fantastic! I was contemplating closing my physical office and decided to test out OE by signing up about 9 months before my lease ended. I was hesitant because Id had an executive office suite before and it was not well run, and caused a lot of problems. Ive also been plagued with a lot of mail problems no matter where Ive been - except at OE (and I get a lot of mail). The staff is super professional, always friendly to me and my clients and always very responsive when I have a question. They always let me know through their system when there is a package waiting for me. The space is absolutely beautiful and well planned.

I love working at Office Evolution -- for the people and for the gorgeous office setup and decor. I launched my business in early 2019 and many of my first clients were people I met through networking events hosted by OE. Great location in the NewBo district - restaurants, cafes, shops. Total win!

Great experience! We stayed for a couple of months while waiting for our new office to be renovated. The atmosphere is welcoming, modern and we found it to be a very inspiring environment to be productive in. They were very accommodating to special needs that we had as well. Would recommend to anyone who needs a work space!

Office Evolution was a great work space while we were there. We only rented for about 3 or 4 months, but we were very sad to leave. The office space is collaborative but allows a more private setting as well. This was a great location for our temporary office and we will miss Melissa and the Office Evolution team.

The conference rental space met all of our needs. So helpful to have a space that was connected to high speed internet, had a white board readily available for use, and a large tv that easily connected to our laptop for viewing, all with a private door and coffee! Can’t beat it nor the customer service of the staff there! Will be back.

Great people with a professional atmosphere where I can get my work done and network with other small businesses and entrepreneurs. The location right in the heart of the booming and dynamic Newbo district is perfect for business, and also convenient for coming in from Iowa City.

Melissa and Tom have a terrific business hub in the core of the city. Office setup is awesome, community is connective and they have several really productive meetups that happen in the space!
