Worst company that we have ever dealt with! Every single time our bookstore makes an order, we have to create a new login. It takes about a month to do this because they are so inept. Books frequently come damaged, completely crooked, wrong books, or missing. Then you call customer service (40 minutes wasted from your day). I was transferred 3 times and then hung up on! I am done with this publishing company. I have worked with them for 5 years. Their employees must receive no training whatsoever. I cannot imagine how they possible stay afloat with everything being so awful.
My experiences with Pearson Education throughout the year of 2018 have been so disappointing that I have made a personal affirmation to never willingly do business with them again. They offer inferior educational objects for exorbitant prices, have no customer support, have no technical support, and are frustrating to deal with. Their business model relies on you “giving up“ and never pursuing resolution to your issue. I have returned materials for which a refund was never issued, I have purchased materials that were then revoked as “rental“, and every exam my colleagues and I attempted to take from their website were met with failure and incorrect answers. Their text books, which are exorbitantly priced, contain so many typographical errors and data errors that they were clearly never reviewed by any editor.
Disgusting company. Customer support is terrible. NEVER ORDER BOOKS FROM THEIR WEBSITE EVER. I had overnight shipping and the book did NOT arrive the next day, nor the day after. Customer support is NOT based in America as the customer service rep I spoke to barely knew English.Horrible. How can a multimillion dollar company be so TERRIBLE?!!?
Worst customer service I have ever experienced...unable to get in contact with anyone EVER. Hard to find a contact website, a phone number, or even to get a response to the email they tell you to contact with cancellation requests. Dont waste your time or money--just purchase materials through amazon/chegg/barnes and noble. This company is a scam.
