I took my incredibly slow laptop in and had a new hard drive installed and its working great and so much faster than before. I would highly recommend BDH, thanks Nathan!
Price was fair. Repair seems so far to be good.
Today Nathan, the tech manager, earned my 5star rating for going the extra mile to help me with a computer virus problem. My problem was urgent. So when I called and explained it the best I could, I was most impressed that he stopped what he was doing, figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot remotely. And I was not a previous customer. That is superior service.
I had a issue with my older imac, the graphics card died. They diagnosed it and fixed it (replaced) in 24 hours! Knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Great guys to work with.
