I sent BBB ample evidence that Division 7 Building Resource Group is a storm chasing contractor. Luke Anderson the owner of this companys response to my partners review was a lie. My partner signed one and only one construction contract with this business. Now the business is accredited. My partner had to clean up after them after they left town and never finished the jobs. They still have thousands of dollars of my partners 1/2 down and another McGregor residents money. I guess any business can be accredited. Look at Home Advisors A rating. Thousands of complaints and thousands of 2 star reviews. The US government should shut them down.

I had some complaints with Porsche dealer but could not get it resolved even file complaints directly with Porsche USA. The answer from Porsche USA is that each Porsche dealer is franchised and Porsche USA can not do anything. The answer is very absurd as we know almost all McDonald are franchised but if there is a food safety scandal, McDonald will be ultimately responsible. Before I file a lawsuit against Porsche dealer and Porsche USA, I give BBB a try and find its very helpful and saved me a lot of time and money on lawsuit.The people form BBB is very nice and responsive and the Porsche dealer quickly resolved the issue, even though not completely, mostly. I really appreciate BBB.

I sent complaint concerning ServPro. I called ServPro as My basement was filling up with water due to a busted pipe from my sump pump. Cold temperatures caused the drain pipe to freeze which caused the pipe in my basement to burst. Water, water everywhere. Me, an 80 year old single women with no where to turn.Serve Pro said they would come. After one hour, I called again. Again said they would be here. THEY NEVER CALLED OR CAME. I filled out the form Better Business Bureau sent me three weeks ago and have had response. My phone call to report this to Cedar Rapids Better Business Bureau was unanswered. I give ServPro and Better Business Bureau the worst rating possible.
