So far I am extremely unimpressed with the service we are finally getting for derecho damage. I have contacted our project manager Mark several times about pretty major issues such as starting demolition and drywall without having any of our hardwood floors covered, vents not covered and no air scrubbers running, all of which he told me would happen before starting....the response I got was, not everything will always be perfect with reconstruction . On the original estimate they prepared, things were left out in comparison to our independent adjusters estimate that our insurance company agreed to, so they were given the independent estimate and asked to adjust which they never did and still refuse to. Now today, we come home from vacation and painting was to start today which it did, however I again contacted our project manager saying Id like him to meet me at our house, at the start he told us to contact him if we needed anything and this is only the second time Ive contacted him in 4 weeks, as I wanted to show him that none of our granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, appliances or natural woodwork were covered for protection as they painted all of our ceilings today and all are covered with paint. The project manager responded to me saying he would be turning in our papers tomorrow to have someone else put on our project as he wont be able to make us happy . I guess I dont think its too much to ask to expect a company and its vendors to treat their clients house as if it were their own. Ive asked our project manager for a different contact and he will not respond. If this is the way this company does business I would not recommend them to anyone. I thought dealing with insurance was the worst part, dealing with this project manager has been far worse as his lack of professionalism, care or concern to make our house whole again while protecting things that werent damaged prior is very unsettling.

They came in on Wednesday and cleaned up our sewer loss from Monday night. Was pleased to have Ryan and Scott on the job. Kept us informed on everything. Thank you.

My husband and I used 380 Companies after the Derecho storm. Our roof, siding, and the garage door, were all severely impacted. 380 Companies came in and took care of all of the damages, making sure everything was secure and sealed up. Everything was fixed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company for anyone in a disaster situation, to assure all of your needs are met.

We had a fire in our house and were totally taken care of by Todd and Mark at 380 Companies Disaster Services. They always listened to all our needs, communicated with us in a timely manner, made adjustments when we had specific preferences, and just overall made us feel that we were in good hands. They worked with our insurance company to make the process flawless and easy for us. They had the trained eyes to see the depth of work that needed to happen in our home to fully restore it, which our untrained eyes were unable to notice (specifically extensive smoke damage all the way to the attic, which effected plumbing and electricity). We highly recommend them to anyone! I would hire them again for sure.

Recently had severe water damage in a very old house due to weather damage to the roof. Spoke with Ryan with 380 who handles the mitigation . They immediately set up for asbestos testing and removal, as common in the old houses. Once the asbestos was removed Ryan and his crew came in the next day and started the demo process. Everything was done quick, the whole crew was professional and they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there. Would definitely recommended these guys.

Woke up to a water disaster at 6am, by 6:20 we had help and more help on the way. Very courteous, compassionate and helpful. By the end of day things were demolitioned and drying and they cleaned as they worked. We want to cry this happened, but are ever so grateful they came to help.

Recently my basement was damaged when our developments community well (up the hill) had a valve burst. Water came rolling down a hill, flooded my yard and then came through a window. We found it about 6:30 am on a Sunday. I called the emergency number and had a call back from Ryan in a few minutes. He talked me off the ledge and walked me through what happened and the options we had. Through the entire demolition process he walked us through what was damaged, how they were treating it, and why they do what they do. They took hundreds of pictures to supply to the insurance companies. I hope we never have something like this again, but if we do 380 Companies will be my first call.

Servicemaster 380 was very responsive after my sump pump failed on me. Their employees were very hardworking and make my restoration run so smoothly. They knew what pictures and paperwork my insurance adjuster needed to file my claim. I would recommend this company.

Get an estimate in writing and dont sign anything until you have that.My estimate was no more than $3200. After the work was done the bill was $3150 which was under the estimate. However when you look at the details. the esimtate included removal of two cabinets (not done), holes in the wall to dry (not done) move a 1 foot stereo cabinet (not done), monitor over the weekend ( only done one day of the two), remove toilet to get the vinyl floor out (not done) and remove carpet tack strip from across the lower level (not done).So all the work not done dropped it $50. It made it under $3,200 but hard to believe with all the work not done, it saved $50.Then their service guy said this was a good job, probably around $2,000 for the work that was done.Good workers but very poor business side of the organization

When our house caught on fire and burned, we called Servicemaster 380 about 30 minutes after the firemen got the fire out. ServiceMaster was at our house that evening to begin helping us to remove things out of our house that could be cleaned and saved. The week following the fire, they were at our house everyday all day long, helping us to salvage what we could and cleaning the house out. Their supervisor, Brian Jensen was great. He, along with his staff were all very hardworking and professional. Thank you to Brian and to ServiceMaster 380.

A few years ago while out of town my sump pump broke down. My basement had about 1 inch of rain water in it. I called Service Master 380 for an estimate, they sent out two employees to look at my basement. One of them did all the talking while the other one just stood there the entire time and did NOTHING. The one speaking told me that everything in my basement would need to be trashed and that about 4 inches of my wall from the base up throughout the entire basement would have to be torn out. He then told me that this would all cost about $11,000 dollars! I knew he was full of it & then he pulled out some piece of paper and had me sign it (which I never should have.) He said it was just to prove they came to my home to see the basement and speak to me. About 4-5 days later I get $130.00 estimate bill from them! I was never told that there was an estimate fee, I was shocked by the amount. I called & spoke to the owner personally. He was a total jerk! He said that they have to charge the estimate to help pay their workers. So I was paying for the one employee to stand in my basement and do absolutely nothing! I got pretty upset with the owner about the bill and his response to me was quote....why dont you grow up and be a man about this.In the end I hired another company who told me that ServiceMaster 380 was trying to just rip me off. They did my basement for $1,000, no walls torn out, only the carpet.

I had a significant house fire in early January of 2015. It was unfortunate, but I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received from Service Master 380.They really took care of the fire, smoke, and odor damage. I look around my house now and its like a fire never happened. Actually my house is better than it was before. I appreciate the work theyve done and the difference it made.

These guys came to the rescue when my water line broke. They were professional, curtious, and worked well as a team to get in and out while doing a great job! This is the 1st time Ive used their service and will again if the time ever arises. Good luck on the news tonight Ryan!

Very professional and prompt. From the time I dialed the number until the time they showed up at my door it was only 45 minutes. They stayed until late at night tearing down drywall, tearing up floors, and doing whatever it took to make everything right. Excellent job!

If at all possible, do not use ServiceMaster 380 for anything involving your home! As I start to put my home back together after a water line busting in my foundation and having a mold problem in 75% of my home due to water, I have noticed numerous broken belongings, everything thrown into boxes and somethings broken, cabinets broken, screws lost, trim busted, and on top of it all, they didnt finish theyre jobs. I had a destroyed house after they came in and now that Ive seen how they did things, I will never use them again. This is my HOME, how dare you treat it with such disrespect! I am appalled.

Had extensive damage from Derecho and the 380 Companies came in and put my home back together better than it was before. They used great subcontractors and made sure that we were happy with the work as the project was ongoing. Highly recommend!
