Ive been a customer of this Goodyear for years and theyve always taken great care of me. They price things very fair and and they always do good work. I go here for all my car needs and I cannot reccomend this place enough theyve done so much for me. I am a life long customer!

I just love this place the staff is very polite, and helpful, I have been going there for the past couple of years. never got disappointed. They have my trust and respect.Just left my tire to patch. One guy even checked the tire if it was put right for safety. when I called other places they were either charging extra and giving me at least a day and a half to fix it. So I drove to across the town bcoz I knew I wont be disappointed there. Thank you for being there

I just had a great experience at this tire store! Staff were very professional and all of them were wearing masks. The waiting area was roomy and not overcrowded like some of the walk-in tire places in Cedar Rapids. They completed my repair promptly and the price was reasonable. I decided to give Goodyear a try after going to a different walk-in tire shop on the west side where NONE of the staff wore a mask and the tiny waiting room was stuffed with unmasked customers! As if were not in the middle of a pandemic! Ill be returning to Goodyear for my future tire needs.

I had a tire emergency, they got me in that afternoon and fixed it. Very professional and reasonable.

Steve is fair, honest and always does great work. I have referred a lot of friends and family their way for a reason- they do things right. If you go for an oil change or new tires they also inspect your vehicle, and tell you what needs to be done with zero pressure. They always say “if you have someone that does that work let them know what we said, or you can schedule with us”. The entire staff is professional and kind. Go here if you want honest vehicle work at a fair price.

Had a flat tire today, took the tire to Mt. Vernon Road Tire, and they worked in in right away and got it repaired in under an hour...I came back to get the tire, and they volunteered to reinstall it for me, all I a reasonable price...great service, friendly staff, and good prices...I highly recommend this store...

I have been a car guy all my life but if I need tires I go here. And various other stuff, including major mechanical repair if I am too busy (lazy) to undertake the repair at home. They also do oil changes. Their shop staff are really good and the management and customer service are tops. I have gone in with and without appointments but they are good so they are busy. I can always get in when I need to. When they quote something to me I can always figure in my head that they are giving me an honest quote. Sometimes it hurts on a labor intensive job but it always feels like they are doing their honest best. I highly recommend this place for any automotive repair you need.

Quick story about my second time here -- came in on a Saturday morning for my brakes and was told theyre completely booked for appointments but if Im able to leave my car theyll fit it in whenever they have time. Sure, works for me, totally understandable. Only took about 15 minutes for them to look at my car, bring me in to show me what needed to be done, and gave me a quote that was honestly lower than I had expected. I asked if it would be too much trouble to do an oil change while it was getting taken care of and they said that would be just fine. Couple hours afterwards they call me to update me that its done, I ask for the final price and breakdown and it comes up that the oil change wasnt part of the cost. I mentioned that I had talked with the man that brought me in to look at the brakes about getting it done but no big deal, Id have to come back to get the wheels torqued soon anyway. Come to pick my car up and find a note on the front of the receipt saying they took care of the oil change, and didnt charge me for it.TL;DR: Good luck finding a more honest and quality shop to work with. They dont try to hide costs or what it is theyre fixing, theyve done a great job on both of the repairs Ive come in for, and this was all in just the spare time they had for a busy Saturday. If you need a service done I would highly recommend seeing if they can help you first and foremost.

I was on a road trip, experiencing car troubles. As a woman alone and in an unknown town, I was worried that I was going to get ripped off if I went in not knowing anyone and desperate for a quick fix to get back on the road. But these people were SO helpful and honest! They worked me in same-day with no appointment and didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. I trust these people and I highly recommend them!!

They should have known I had a brand new spare tire that could have been used instead of having me buy a new one.

People working there are friendly and knowledgeable. They get the job done quickly. I just dont like someone trying to sell me new tires every time I come for an oil change, especially when I dont have the money for them. It would be better if they would come at me with tires when there are clearance prices happening, ya know?

Have used them in the past for front end alignment with good luck. Went back to them again and the tech said lower control arm bushings were completely shot on both sides. I took it home and checked and they were like new. Took it back over and a different tech had no problem aligning it.

These guys are the bomb! Steve, Ashley, April, Jeff and their entire staff make you feel welcome and really take care of you. Prices are fair, and the main thing is I have never had to take vehicle back because they missed something or the repair wasnt right. I highly recommend them!

I have always gone to Marion Tire however this is more convenient and Steve continues the tradition of great service over here! Always friendly fair and convenient - would recommend them to anyone other than Steve being a Cowboys fan they’re great people.

Usually a decent place to get work done last winter I stop there when it was very cold and ask for air in my tires and the boss told me to get lost.Which is not the way to to treat a regular customer. He also refused to mount the tires on my car because they were s size smaller than the ones that were the car, I was told by another mechanical dude that it would be fine.

Nothing but problems with this place. They had one good mechanic that quit and they have gone downhill since. Not knowledgeable or trustworthy. If you only have one vehicle and no $ to throw away, dont go here~

Steve and the guys who aligned my Jeep did a great job. They went above and beyond and even found the my mistake after I installed my control arms and forgot to torque my rear shocks. I would highly recommend Mr.Venon Goodyear!

Not happy, had to replace our alternator. Guy calls telling me it will be $1000... So we said no.... The guy calls back to tell me it will only be $850. So we agree, and get a call back when the car is done. They tell us it was over $1000... They lost our future business.

They couldn’t even do a proper alignment So I took it to Firestone and they fixed it for free I would not recommend this place to anybody or anyone hacker mechanics never again
