Everything was seamless...from reserving our minibus tor our Board to tour our Habitat projects. Our driver was on time and did a really nice job! It was a great experience and we will definitely be using Windstar Lines again!

I work as the Marketing Administrator for the Elite Travel Club at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Riverside, Iowa. We utilize Windstar Lines numerous times a year for the various trips that we host. I have hosted two trips myself with Windstar since joining the Elite Travel Club team in July of 2018. I have had the pleasure of traveling with a group of patrons to the Mall of America and the Pella Tulip Festival. Windstar is always great to work with. Their pricing reflects their value and level of service that they provide not only in their support staff, but also their drivers. The drivers are always professional and helpful! On my recent trip to Pella, our driver Eric was beyond helpful in keeping in communication with me throughout the day and also entertaining our smallest guest (3 years old) during a break in our day. He truly went above and beyond that day and our patrons had a great trip and ride thanks to him!

Great service from these guys, took one of the new buses cross couple thousand miles out west. Driver actually hit some sort of deer critter one night and the bus kept on goin, no scratches. These buses are sturdy!

COVID-19 test site

The driver was at our pickup location early and was accommodating as we waited for late arrivals. He was flexible in altering the pickup location.

I regularly take the Windstar route (contracted through Megabus)from Chicago to visit my girlfriend in Iowa City. The last few trips have been late and becoming more and more like a grayhound ride (stopping in pointless locations, perpetually late, rude and weird drivers). Please let, please dont tur ln into another terrible nightmare of a charter service (Burlington Trailway). Theres a reason pay for Megabus routes. Learn from it.

We took a bus 4-day bus tour to Door County, WI, on a Windstar bus that had fewer than 6,000 miles on it; in other words, a very new bus. We were extremely disappointed that the bus lacked leg room, drop-down trays on the backs of the seats, window shades, and WiFi. We got the impression that Windstar had gone on the cheap when ordering new buses.
