Letter Perfect did a great job with our custom (Agent of the Month) plaque. Reasonably priced. However, their production needs improvement. 1.) Very slow. After our draft was approved, I was quoted 10 days for completion. It took almost a month. 2.) I provided a list of our agents names. Production misspelled one of the names. 3.) I dropped off the incorrect plates & asked for them to be corrected. I felt like this was a hassle for them & clearly it has not been a priority... almost a week later, I still dont have the replacement plates.

Fast turnaround, top shelf products. Not the cheapest but Ill def shop there again.

I contacted them to print 3 plaques for me. Throughout the process, from design to pickup, they could not have been more helpful. The plaques look beautiful.

Very nice lady help me. A little hard to find.
