This is seriously a five-star company! These guys made everything so EASY! We didn’t know a thing about flooring when we started, and our new floors look amazing. They were knowledgeable and worked with us from start to finish to help us create the perfect flooring look throughout the house. Following the Texas freeze of 2021, we had major water damage that destroyed our carpets. Doug and Janet Taborn responded right away to our bid request through Home Advisor. They were understanding of our situation and expedited the installation process.They showed up at our home on time for the initial assessment, brought many carpet samples and were very knowledgeable about the products and able to satisfy our budget. The installation was done by their own contract installers who were outstanding and very professional. We were quite pleased with the entire process and recommend this locally owned business over the big box stores.

Great service - very thorough, timely and clean! The timing of our floor project landed in the middle of a snow/ice storm in February, but Doug was great about keeping us updated at all times and working with us for making sure our project got done as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Floor Coverings International did the floors in my entire home, carpet and wood laminate. The floors were a great value and look wonderful! The installers were timely and professional and Doug and Janet Tabor came out to the house to show us the floor samples from which we picked what we wanted which was very easy, safe and convenient.
