If theres an option for zero star, this place will get the honor.This particular post office has one of the lowest customer service I have ever encountered. I opened my PO Box with my husband on April 2021. For the longest time, I did not receive my mail so finally 3 months later around June 2021, I was informed by my credit card company that the address was not working and the letters were bounced back to them. I stopped by the post office to find out why and later got a call from someone that my name was not placed on my PO Box the entire time even though I signed up for the mail box with my husband in person. The person said that this was fixed and I should be getting mail.Fast forward a couple more months, I was still not able to receive mail properly including a package and forwarded mail. When I talked to another personnel today 9/28/21, he rudely explained that the Informed Delivery that I get in my email do not always mean I will get the mail. If not, what is the purpose of the Informed Delivery notification then? When I asked how to make sure I am able to get my mail, he said I need to contact the senders. What?! So, not only he was dodging the question of why I am not getting the letters, he made me think I was the confused person about how I should get mail. There was no assistance and accountably for doing the job right at this post office.If you are thinking of getting a PO box at this location, DONT. My old post office had such great service that it blind-sided me thinking this cant be that bad. YES, its that bad. Dont waste your money opening a PO Box here because you may or may not get your mail.
We opened a PO box here, because its in the middle of everything.. very clean, has all services, passports too. Packaging, cards, boxes, etc... Huge parking lot too!! Not crowded
They helped me mail a care package from Cedar Park Texas to my April Joy white the love of my life and made sure the package was Secure insured and somebody had to sign for it and I can also track the package the people at the post office were extremely helpful and friendly God bless them
This place lost a very important package of mine that costs me my ability to attend college. Can’t even get a replacement of the document they lost. Filed a claim on the package and am currently making a missing mail claim also. If there is a way I could report this location to higher management, I absolutely will.
Mignon is a wonderful associate. I actually had a really great time at the post office today and Ive never said that ever about any post office before. Shes an absolute gem. So friendly, hilarious, and helpful.
Even long lines move fairly quickly. I enjoy the interactions with the staff a lot. It’s easier to give up some minutes of my life in line when I am treated with patience and friendliness at the counter.For me, it’s always been a good experience at the CP location to purchase stamps, mail packages, and get advice on how to send stuff (or whether it’s worth it to send overseas!)
The one Clerk who was available was efficient and remained pleasant to all customers despite some complaining that she was the sole clerk.That situation was not a problem of her doing. She kept a good work pace, smiled and continued being helpful.I would have much preferred to not have to have been in line for 43 minutes.All concerns for not being adequately staffed to serve our community should be addressed with management and not taken out on the one person who is there, attempting to serve.I appreciate, that, whatever the problem was that morning, mail, etc moved.

When I worked in Cedar Park, this was the place Id go for all my personal and professional mailing needs. The staff there are always really nice and patient. They take the time to explain everything to you. Best post office Ive ever been to!
Lost my mail (government documents containing personal information that had to be mailed). I called for assistance and was provided with Theres nothing we can do. Couldnt tell me who to contact, couldnt provide any help or information whatsoever. Even with tracking information where my package was supposed to be it was not. For some reason my mail that was meant to go from one location in TX to another was sent to GA. Then on the way back to TX the lost it at a processing facility. I called the different facilities that handled the mail and none of them could provide any information. Mail should have arrived in 2 days and after 1 week they still had no info. Employees were curt and bothered that I would even try to locate my mail. I even requested if the item could not be delivered to please return to me, but since they couldnt locate it they couldnt help.Update 1 yr later: UPS handled my mail no problem. I now try to use USPS as little as possible. Love that they cant keep track of offical and time sensitive documents, but can also find my mailbox to deliver grocery store flyers and spam.
It is terrible. I dropped 2 packages off there. They are not shown as dropped off. And their terrible customer service also useless.
Like many businesses, they offer certain services. They dont offer ALL services anyone would ever need. There are other places that will do that. Many of you would not be so disappointed if you only knew for sure what services they are set up to provide. Remember, the person paying the postage is the customer. Priority Mail has always met my needs. I wouldnt expect much from a lesser product.
I have lived here over 22 years. As a disabled college student there isn’t a lot of money to go around an many things are simply just hopeful dreams. When I save the little money I have to order overly expensive college textbooks it is important to me because it quite literally is all I have. So, when my books are continually lost, damaged, ripped, etc when I have photographic evidence and tracking location numbers put on them, it is disheartening when a facility does not take pride in their work. Not to mention mail drivers... today was so saddening. I am facing all odds just trying to finish my last semester in college without giving up, and for the 10000th time I went to check the mail as I do every single day. Today, 3 of my large textbooks were shoved into my tiny little slot. All of them are damaged. Now I don’t know about you, but I’d rather wait a day and have them put into the larger box with the key, than waste $200 that I could have used for food. Additionally, what person with any compassion folds a hardcover psychology textbook! Are you kidding me?! You know it won’t fit, so you literally break it? I don’t get the logic. Never had these issues with UPS. I recommend the UPS off Bell Blvd by HEB.
Not sure why everyone gives these guys a hard time. This is my regular post office and every time I have gone in, even if the line is long, it goes quickly and the staff is very friendly. Absolutely no complaints about this office.

Do not get a P.O. Box at this location if you have packages sent. They no longer have a separate pickup area for parcel pick up. You’ll wait in long lines and add hours to your week.Staff has a weaker attitude than a lot of places but completely understand that and feel for them.Post Master needs to up their game:Remove your parcel pickup sign, inventory your packages the day they arrive without degrading your employees wellbeing and find a way to make them happier.
This store rocks! The line is always super quick, everyone is super helpful, and on Tax Day they moved a very long line so quickly I couldnt even write return addresses on 4 envelopes while in line! I literally had to let people go in front of me because the line was moving so fast. Thank yall sooo much!!

Why cant we rate something Zero stars? This PO is completely inept. They scan packages as arrived at the PO, and then it sits there for 4 days. When asked about it, they say that just because they scanned it, doesnt mean it arrived. WHAT? They scanned it THREE TIMES and it didnt arrive? These people are inept. Dont waste your time with this PO. Go somewhere else, or have your packages shipped elsewhere and then go pick them up. And people wonder why the PO is in such bad shape.
Most of the staff here are super friendly and helpful, always busy but they get the lines out quick.
I dont find this place to be particular slow or fast. They keep up a good pace when they are busy and lines are always pretty short. Even during Christmas season the lines seem pretty long but they get the customers in and out at a fair speed.They have a really spacious parking lot and a separated area for handicap parking.Only flaw is they dont pick up their phone here ever. Otherwise I am pretty happy with this post office and glad it is near my place!!
Just today this post office allegedly sent out a huge package and claimed it was dropped off at my front door at 137 pm today. I have cameras facing the front and no one dropped anything off. Naturally they are insisting they did but now I have to waste all of my time getting to the bottom of who delivered it and where the hell he sent it to and then file a report. It’s ridiculous how stupid or lazy these couriers are.
The lady who helped was friendly and very helpful. Walked me through the correct process with a smile. Thank you.The service was fast too, even near closing time.
I have been to this post office and have always had great customer service. The line can get long during the holidays but I never count on getting any attitude other than friendly!
I was told a package will arrive in California in 3 days but more than a week later it is still on the way. If they had given me correct info I would have paid more for expedited shipping.
PO BOX service is not good. I have 4 names for my PO Box, they sent back my business correspondence several times. Some of them were the checks. I couldnt receive them for 3 weeks and, sometimes, more. After I did complain to the manager, it changed but in 6 months it started all over again. They should train better the staff so the services can be delivered to the customers as they should be. I am very disappointed in this location.
I attempted to drop off a package and I was denied a receipt without an explanation. If the package were to become lost, I would be responsible. I canceled it and shipped with UPS without any issues.
This post office regularly does not scan my packages. I have tried to get reciepts, and have been denied. I spoke with the Gainsville office and they are supposed to give reciepts. I ship things regularly and they do not scan media mail at all. First class is hit or miss. Terribly unreliable.

They say they attempted to deliver my sons Christmas present (First Class Certified Mail) on 12/20/19 & a notice was left. It was a lie. We were at home that evening waiting on that last gift before the holiday. We did not get it until January & had to go to the post office to collect it.
If I could give less than this I would. First off do not check my package in as delivered if you DID NOT deliver it. Yes, it has only been 5 days. However that is no excuse. I understand mistakes happen, were human but that doesnt excuse the poor customer service. I was called yesterday 5/17 and asked if I had received my package, I work during the day so no, I hadnt had a moment to check my mail. I informed them I would check when I got home and I would call them back. They said great, we will email you and let us know. Here we are 5/18 and no email (which makes sense because no one even took down my email address) I call them this morning, and the less than courteous gentlemen basically told me he had no info and couldnt help, that he had no idea which supervisor assisted me. There is a huge disconnect in communication here. First, he should have asked me if I would like to leave a message for their supervisor. Second, once I said OF COURSE he should have asked for ALL of my contact information. Third, if the supervisor(s) are not there today then let me know that so that I can call back when they are to follow up. I could go on but theres no point, I just want my package!
Everyone there must hate their job and their life. So unorganized and rude. They seem to make the simplest of tasks so difficult. If your looking for efficiency this. Is not the place for you. Terrible, I would recommend seeking out another post office altogether.
I visit this location about 6 or 8 times per year and have always found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. It can get busy during the holidays but its otherwise easy to get in and out.
Love this post office! Management must be on target. The people at the desk are always efficient and friendly. The mail carriers that I have met seem to care about what they do. Mail delivery is consistently timely and I have never had any problem with misplaced mail. My permanent mail carrier is Cindy, and she is outstanding! Thanks for the superior service!

I went into the post office and request a vacation hold for my mail due to a package was scheduled for delivery while I was going out of town for the funeral of my mother. Needless to say, that package was delivered and left on my front porch because it was too big to fit my community mailbox and sat outside for five days while I was out of state trying to deal with the unexpected death of my mom. I had the tracking number also but they refused to take that. They were kind enough (joke) to hold my mail that would’ve been in my locked mailbox but they had no problem develop delivering a package that I specifically requested that they holdThis post office has the worst customer service and disregard for customers.
Are you surprised that a government run organization gets such a poor rating? Long lines, terrible services, behind the time technology and they don’t even follow their posted hours. It is a nightmare to work with the post office.
I had my mail held for 2 weeks and indicated on the form that I would pick up my held mail at the post office when I got back because I didnt want it all torn up by being crammed into the box all at once. I made the trek up there only to have them not be able to find my mail and thought maybe it had been delivered. It had been --- crammed into the box like I was trying to avoid. What was the point in making the choice to pick it up? And I got to make a trip up there for nothing. This isnt the first problem Ive had with that post office. Lots of problems with mail being delivered to the wrong address, and having packages lost, never to be found.
The Cedar Park USPS is the worst postal service in the history of postal services. Most of us go through life expecting not to have an issue with mail. Not in Cedar Park. It should almost be a matter of having to divulge the info. about their mail service as a matter of full disclosure when buying a house here.Not having your mail delivered to you, packages or otherwise, but to your neighbors instead is daily routine. Im not sure why Im not being paid with how often I have to drop off packages delivered incorrectly to me, because theyre so big they cant fit in the return box. Then, I get my own packages a week later than expected, opened boxes at my front door - again neighbors who happen to be trustworthy and got my packages.Evidently, even regular letters are complicated. My neighbor waves me down every few weeks to give me my mail he has gotten.Today, I went by to pick up a certified letter near closing time, but not quite yet. The doors were still open, there are still clerks there and still customers there, and I was told I had to go home and come back another day to pick it up.THE WORST of all-time customer service in the history of customer service at any agency, business, employer anywhere - period.
Every experience has been frustrating to say the least. Most of the time the employees are not friendly and do the least amount of work possible. I wish I had just kept my P.O. Box at the Leander post office. They are friendlier and actually do their job without making you feel like you’re making their life difficult.
Went to ship out a box, I saw a white sticker on the floor that said to and from and used it ....someone already used one and left the other sticker, and the lady at the counter was not happy that i used a sticker i found on the floor, saying its only a $1.. i asked her to charge me she said not its okay, but this is stealing...i just paid $37 dollars to ship the box, and she is upset about a .50 cent sticker on the floor someone left..
This post office has lost two of my packages, only one of which was recovered because I had to wait for the mail carrier to check other neighbors mailboxes. Only two weeks later they lost another one of my packages which I’ve never gotten back. I’ve also lost a debit card I was waiting for as well as a medical bill I was expecting. Completely unacceptable!!! I keep receiving other people’s mail and packages as well! Why is it so hard to deliver the mail to the correct household?? The names and addresses are all inside each mailbox! These mail carriers need to be retrained and stop rushing through their work!! DO WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO!!!
Horrible customer service. It is a shame how awful the Post Office has become. I feel for anyone that has to use this one in particular, I asked about keys and was told they wanted a print out. Then was informed I could go to UPS to get it done. That they were incapable as a branch to use a phone copy or print something. You are right I will be using UPS. This is shameful. They didnt seem to care if they were helpful or not. I then went to another post office and was informed it was no problem.
Dont know our new carriers name, but she is awesome. She found a package for us when she got back to the PO that had been delivered after she left & brought it to us on her way home. We havent had service like that in Riviera Springs, since the days of Bobby & Linda. Thank you so much. CPPO shes a keeper.
Apparently the customs forms available at the counter for forms are NOT the ones required for sending to an APO. Even though they include instructions for APO shipping. Spent 20 minutes filling them out only to get to the desk and be told they have a DIFFERENT form (not available at the forms counter.) Please get your act together USPS. It is hard enough having a loved one deployed. We dont need additional stress when trying to send them necessities.
I know they have a lot of bad reviews, but I am a native here, and have been going to this post office since it was built. Ive always had positive experiences here. Today, they saved the day when a very important package that I didnt know needed a signature arrived. All I can say is thank you!
We moved to Cedar Park two years ago from Tucson, Arizona. For years wed used the online hold mail service without a problem. We also had a wonderful mailman who for our 15 years there never got anything wrong. Then we moved to Cedar Park. I am absolutely flabbergasted over the incompetence of this post office. We have tried several times to use the online hold mail system and only one time was the Cedar Park Post Office capable of actually fulfilling our request. We spoke with someone there about how to resolve this problem, and were told that we needed to print out a copy of the online hold mail confirmation and bring it to them. That certainly defeats the purpose of the convenient online system, but we nevertheless started doing so. NOTHING WORKS with them. Even after getting the hold mail confirmation delivered IN PERSON to them, they still deliver the mail, cramming it in until it no longer fits in the box before they finally start keeping it as unpicked up mail. Our magazines are mangled and torn - its absolutely disgusting! What is WRONG with these people?
For me, the service at this location has been great. I love the low-cost post office boxes (1) at this location, the staff is always courteous, and the mail gets delivered as expected. I also love the real-address service offered at this location to enable you to receive packages from vendors that insist on a physical address for strange reasons known only to them. Compared to the junk that I have had to deal with in my interactions with UPS and Fedex, USPS has been great.
Left a smaller postage bag in our mailbox to be sent back, put the flag up. The carrier put the new mail behind my package that needed to be returned and left it in the mailbox. As always, great service!!

After my 16 Year old daughter sent her mother AND grandmother to pick up an EXPENSIVE package I had sent, then reported to us that the package WAS not there (Failing to communicate that her grandmother might have picked it up) we read this Postmaster the riot act. He was professional, polite, and kept his calm even though I was upset.My Daughter is now GROUNDED, and I called to personally apologize to the postmaster for the wild goose chase.He was Very nice About the whole ordeal.My overall experience was POSITIVE, minus my daughters failure to communicate, and starting an incident...THANK YOU CEDAR PARK POST OFFICE !
Somebody plowed into our cluster mailboxes and demolished them on Tuesday. USPS installed brand new mailboxes on Thursday. Not bad right? However a poorly handwritten note is left on the mailboxes advising residents to pick up their new mailbox # and key the next week. My wife didnt read the next week part so I call to make sure its the right post office and that I can pick up a key. I Literally let it ring 50 times... no answer. Not surprised. Make the trip well across town just to encounter their rude staff who advise me that its not ready. Really? Its a key and a number two days after the mailboxes go up. Incompetence. I will not lose any sleep the day they shutdown the money pit that loses billions of dollars a year that is staffed with rude, incompetent employees known as the USPS.So Im expecting a 2-day package... not aware that UPS is using their foolish policy of dropping their deliveries off at the good old local post office for door delivery for this package. Just great! I get a delivery notification but no package. I presume the ultra smart carrier on my route thought it would be a good idea to shove the 2-day package in the mailbox that I cant access for another three days. Way to go jackass! Yet more proof of the gene pool defects we call postal employees.
The worst post office EVER. Rude and packages get misplaced all the time. You would think that with the number of complaints that someone would take charge, fire the entire staff and start fresh. I am sooo tired of filing complaints on misplaced packages ..
This is possibly the worst post office I have experienced in my life! My packages from Amazon routinely get mis-delivered to the house with the same number on the next street. It seems the delivery person cant read a street name! Inspite of complaints, this post office doesnt even bother to contact me or fix their issues.
Previous homeowners moved 5/2015. There is a note in the mailbox telling the postal worker to forward their mail. Their name is spelled out and is located in the mailbox, yet we continue to receive their mail. Just last week we received a small package with their name on it, we wrote does not live here, moved. We took it to the post office and placed in miss sent box. 3/24/2016 it was redelivered again to our post office box.

I have tried to reach this location for 2 days now...they ignore the phones and apparently are unable to assist with a few seconds of time. I called again today 15 time in a row listening to phone ring until each time it finally kicks of your call. Total of 30min. Its a good thing they are not privately owned....they wouldnt stay on business very long .
We mailed 3 packages on Monday one of the packages going to Fort Worth as of today that package says in transit? We were charged the 2 day delivery rate and none of the packages have arrived at the destinations yet. I can understand a delay for out of state but A package going to Fort Worth should at least say where it is at. Called the phone number listed but no one ever answers. Will not mail packages again from the post office.
This is not so much for the post office but for the carriers delivering. They are horrible. Multiple times packages have been damaged, do not bend packages bent into a tiny mailbox, promised delivered won’t show up for days, and lastly they don’t knock on doors for signatures. Hire new people already clearly these ones don’t give a single sh!t about working.
Well I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. Postal workers are always polite and very helpful. It can get busy at this location but I’ve never experienced any problems.
All stations were open and the long line of customers waiting to mail Christmas packages moved quickly. Very friendly person helped me.
Im very disappointed in the delivery of my package. I I got an email that said my package had been delivered at my home address and left with an individual. Ive been home and nothing was delivered. This is a Christmas present that Ive been waiting on and have been tracking. We decided to check our mail box and it had been delivered to the lock box.I hope this was an honest mistake on the mail carrier, but that kind of mistake could have caused more problems. I thought it had been stolen.
These people lost my package!!!! the tracking info said it was delivered in my mail box but nothing was in there! called them to say that they didnt deliver my package and they said that the driver must have put it in the wrong mail box and then said they would said a driver out to correct it and put the package on my doorstep they said they were going to call me back when it was delivered they never called me back and I still dont have my package, the package contained over 100 dollars worth of stuff in it and it was things I needed for an event I was going to this weekend and now I dont know what will happen if I will be able to get my package or not or even get compensation

New Delivery Man, last 2 mo have not received my mail. Notified USPO and returned call next morning. Delivery man called that afternoon and kept me on hold while talking with someone else. I could hear their whole conversation. Wait time 3min. Apologized for himself not delivering mail and would make right. Continue not receiving mail in timely manner. Have been at this residence 15+ years. Very concerned will not receive future mail and packages. Talked with neighbors and they are having same problem. REALLY!!!!I truly believe the new postman is trying his best to learn the route and how best to deliver the mail. Time will tell. I have FAITH.
I recently moved to Cedar Park and this is now my Post Office. Ive had delivery issues, the Postmaster himself helped me! They havent happened again.I do a lot of mailing for my home business and am in the PO at least 2x per week. When there is a problem or a line, the Postmaster himself handles the problem or goes to the extra desk and waits on people. Hes very customer service oriented and is working hard to make his PO as productive as it can be.Im glad to be able to do business here! Its the best and quickest PO Ive been to since moving to the Austin Area!!For those of you who have had problems, complain to someone who will handle it rather than posting things online he cant take care of. Ask for the person in charge!!
Horrible post office. I went there to mail perishable items to military overseas. The clerk kept ignoring warnings on her monitor about how to ship. She said I didnt need a customs form, but I had always needed them in the past. I questioned her but she absolutely wouldnt take one. Sure enough, 3 days later my package was returned. I immediately went back to the same p.o. and asked to speak with her supervisor. I strongly suggested she needed more training. Her supervisor did not appear to care, did not assure me of follow up, nor did he apologize. Terrible customer service!
Fast and courteous especially for it being the holidays. The lady Mignon, sorry if spelled it wrong, was very fast and was multitasking despite the volume of customers. She is a keeper.

Do you answer your phone? I had my lock changed on my mailbox and still no key in sight. I called to check on the status and they said my mail carrier would bring it the following day. Still no key. Ive called 8 times throughout the morning and no one is picking up. Im beyond frustrated because I havent been able to get my mail in over 3 weeks. Please help.
I read a lot of bad reviews so I was dreading going here. I just needed help with mailbox keys/knowing which mailbox in our cluster was ours. They moved the line along quickly and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful :)
Not only is my experience inside of the post office always absolutely terrible because of the rude and condescending postal workers, my packages always get lost or have to be redelivered. When Im not home to sign for a package and it gets sent back (happens all the time because theres no way of telling what time your package will be delivered in advance), they make it almost impossible to track it back down. Causes such a headache and completely ruins the point of paying for shipping when I have to drive to the post office everyday and wait in line for almost an hour see if they have my package. I can honestly say Ive never had a good experience here and its extremely disappointing.

I just needed a little strip of tape to mail my small package and I was told I could use their Priority tape if I paid for Priority mail otherwise I could buy tape or come back another day. The lady acted like she could care less. 😑😑😒
They will charge you more then they should. Take a look at the receipt before leaving or have them break down the charges for you. They will only offer the high price shipping options and not tell you about cheaper ones.

Just got completely ripped off. Saw that my package was at my local post office, but it wasnt getting delivered for another 3 days, so i thought i might as well spend $13 to intercept it and pick it up today. Well I get there only to realize they closed at noon (about 30 mins before i got there). Oh and theyre going to be closed the next two days because of a Sunday and Christmas on Monday, so I basically paid $13 to get my package on its original delivery date AND now I have to go physically pick it up too! No wonder USPS is going out of business! Horrible service!!!
I mailed a package internationally on 2/11 (Germany) to be specific. Unfortunately, after about a month, I discarded the paper with the tracking number thinking the package was delivered. I heard from my brother that as of today, 3/22 the package has not arrived yet. I called the post office and they responded that there is nothing they can do to track my package without the tracking number. How is that possible when my name/recipients name were all entered in the system? Never shipping this way again!
Mail with my correct information gets returned as undeliverable - > 50% of the time. Great staff always happy to service.I have used their service for years ans every time the line moves fast and the postal people are very nice and helpful.

Over and over my mail keeps being delivered to someone else. I talked to a supervisor and he said he would have a talk with the mail carrier. It was good for a while but I ordered something from eBay and I tracked it through USPS website and I was notified that my package had been delivered but when I checked it wasnt there. I emailed, called and went by the post office and still no response. Ive lost faith in the US Postal Service due to the lack of service and no follow up. Im so pissed. I placed an order, it was shipped but I still dont have it.
Amy that works at the cedar park post office is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She is stubborn and beyond rude! Needs major customer service training! Can’t stand the way she treats customers.
I never thought I’d rate a post office so highly, but they are always super nice to me and very quick! I made the mistake of going to one of the Austin locations once and the difference was super noticeable (and super frustrating!) Never a hassle to go to this location!
If I could give no stars, I would. I was just there and had an employee wave his hand indignantly at me twice because I dared to come to the counter area at 12:05pm. Now, the gates werent closed and there were several customers at the counter, so I figured they were still serving customers. Apparently, the US Postal Service isnt about the customers. No wonder they always get a bad rap.....he was a truly nasty little man....nothing convenient or pleasant about this location. Sadly, this is the third time in the 2 years I have lived in Cedar Park that I have had a horrible experience with this facility. Too bad noone (including the Postmaster) pays attention to complaints from the customers.....
The manager I had to deal with was inept and unintelligent. David G. Has to be the rudest and most unbelievably incompetent person that I have ever met. The poor people doing all the work behind the counter were very nice and helpful. But mr. David just made me so angry that I wish I never have to be in his presence ever again. It is people like him that give the post office a bad reputation.
Vacation hold dates dont mean anything to this Post Office 78613. They will deliver your mail after stop date and you may or may not get your held mail for several days after the deliver date. I had to call the Post Office to get the mail they were holding. Also after 3pm be prepared to wait in line maybe 30 min.
So, in this day of cluster mailboxes where residents must drive or walk to a group of mail boxes to get incoming mail and the letter carriers never see the residents or deliver mail or parcels to their homes...IF AN ITEM REQUIRING A SIGNATURE IS TO BE DELIVERED TO A HOME THAT RECEIVES MAIL AT A CLUSTER BOX LOCATION, WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU NOT LEAVE ITEMS THAT REQUIRE A SIGNAURE IN THE POST OFFICE SO THAT THEY CAN BE PICKED UP BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE LOBBY AT THE END OF THE DAY...?DOES ANYONE ONE AT THE POST OFFICE HAVE A BRAIN THAT ACTUALLY WORKS...?
Called regarding notice left on door. They left me on hold over 10 minutes then my call was dropped by their phone system. I called back was asked to hold (5 minutes) then yelled at for asking a question. Then she just hung-up on me. Later, I went inperson and was told it was out for redelivery and should have called before coming inperson.............. Hyperbole? Nope.
Ha. They NEVER answer the phone. It just rings and rings until I get cut off. They are helpful and friendly when Im there, but its a long way for me to go just to ask a question.
Horrible service. Staff is argumentative. Their scales are off and weigh your packages more then what they are. They force you to purchase the more expensive shipping options. I took 3 boxes there they tried to charge me 3 times the shipping I paid for .03 oz difference. I drove to lake creek that same day and my packages weighed LESS! They are not small business friendly at all.
This post office has to be one of the worst in the whole United States. Not only can they never find my mail or packages, but they are also very rude and aloof when it comes to customer service. As another reviewer mentioned, I had a hold status placed on my mailbox because they needed to change the lock. It has been 2 weeks and the lock still hasnt been changed. And Ive had the worst luck getting my mail from them, even when I have delivery confirmation papers printed out showing my items had been delivered. I dread going to this place every time I need something related to mail service!
My apartment is too lazy to take packages, so I always have to pick them up at the post office. Thankfully, they have a quick service desk just for picking up packages. Ive never had more than one person in front of me, and they have your package in your hands within seconds. I appreciate that they dont make the inconvenience of driving over there any more difficult.I didnt get a notice in my mailbox about a package I was expecting, so I went over there anyway. By pure coincidence, I showed up at exactly the same time another person was at the desk trying to pick up my package with my notice, which they had attempted to forge to look like it was addressed to them. The clerk refused to give the woman the package becuase the name did not match her ID. I showed the clerk that the package was in fact mine, and got my package safely.I really appreciate you for protecting my package from that thief, thank you. The contents were rented college texts that would have costs me hundreds of dollars if stolen.
