I took my wife’s ring in to be fixed and I expected it to take a week or so, which I would have been okay with, but they got it fixed in half an hour!! They even cleaned it for me. I forgot how amazing it is but now that it’s been professionally fixed and cleaned I think someone will be extremely happy. 😊Will forever return here to have all my jewelry repaired!

These people are so freaking amazing. I went in thinking that my 14k rose gold necklace could not be saved 😫. I gave the sweet woman a tangled broken necklace and hopes she could fix it. She untanged my necklace and measured it giving me hope that it can be fixed. A hour later I had my necklace back. They were so kind and sweet

My sister gifted me a sterling silver chain. The length was so short it was like wearing a dog collar. I needed to add extra links, Glad I found this store in Lakeline mall. Service was friendly and you knew you were working with professionals . They got my chain complete in the promised time and cleaned it for me as well. Highly recommended! They replaced the battery in about 20min, for $29 bucks, gave me a year warranty on the battery AND a 10% discount!! The quality of repair was exceptional. Unfortunately, Fast Fix did not keep there committed date of repair and did not bother notifying us of the schedule slip. We made a special trip to Lakeline Mall and that was when we were informed. Very unprofessional! We are the customer and should have been notified. Fast Fix isnt doing us a favor hoping we wouldnt notice. Treat your customer as if they are keeping your business open.

They were able to fix our watches so quickly, and they kept us informed on when they would be ready. We were told by a different repair shop that his watch could not be fixed, but they were able to fix it. We were so excited.

I wouldn’t use any other service to replace batteries in my watches these folks are careful and conscientious and when they put something together it is watertight

Had to get the diamonds pressed back into my watch. Normally I have to send it off for about a month before I can get my watch back. It only took them about an hour to do it. Very friendly staff very courteous.

I’ve had numerous pieces of jewelry worked on here and every piece has ended up beautiful. My latest piece was a vintage 1920s family ring that they restored to like new. I will continue to bring pieces to them are in the future.

Just got back from visiting Lakeline Mall and stopped by the Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair store browsing for new watches. Although my favorite color was not in stock, they had an impressive selection of nice, casual and business watches. If I needed a battery replaced, I would go here and get this done quickly while continue to shop.

I took my 90 yr. Old father-in-law in to get his UT class ring resized. They told us no problem and it would take about 20 mins. We had already been to 3 well know jewelry stores. In 20 mins. At the time I had a broken gold bracelet, which their jeweler somehow used to create another identical lizard -- even down to the scales! Their workmanship is excellent and fast.The jeweler rebuilt my old Seiko watch twice, until I had to finally retire it & buy a new one. (It was Water Resistant NOT Waterproof) LOL!Ive never found another place that can beat Fast-Fix when it comes to Customer Service, efficiency, quality and price.

Great Quality, great service and great pricing!I had a great experience with Lisa today. I had better idea replaced in two watches and they were ready in about 30 minutes. I was told at other retailers by very apathetic associates that they would have to send the watches off in the mail for 4-6 weeks at a higher price - nope... your best best is to go to fast fix!

Overall had a great experience here. The lady that helped me was super nice and professional. All I needed was a new battery in my watch which took them 30 minutes to do. Definitely would reccomend this place to a friend, and will definitely be back for future repairs!

Wow Is all I can say! They repairs my wedding ring by replacing a cracked stone. When I picked it up a short time later, me ring was back to better than new! I happened to find this store at the mall. Went in on a Thursday to get a necklace repaired. Thought price was a little steep, but it has a 6 month warranty. Then went back on Monday and had another necklace fixed. This is my go to spot now...lol

My watch needed a new battery. The staff was very helpful. They suggested the watch would be greatly improved by a cleaning and a new crystal and they were right. When I picked it up it looked brand new. And they lived up to their fast-fix name and charged a reasonable price.

Good work was done however another link may need to be taken out of the watch band as it appears to still be too loose.

Watch battery replacement: I initially went to a different company by recommendation, but they were not sure if they had the correct seals until they were to open it up. I declined as I did not want to chance it and as I was leaving they recommended Fast-Fix. So, off I went in hopes of getting same day service. Fast-Fix was able to accommodate the service plus a cleaning all within their estimated time. I am so thankful to the professional jewelry repairman at Lakeline mall for saving my favorite gold bracelet. I went to the store thinking a fix was not possible and I would have to scrap the bracelet for gold content. Admiring the bracelet on my arm again reminds me of why I have been a customer for more than 20 years.

Super friendly and fast service. Went in to have the prong on a gold hoop repaired. Half of it had broken off. I was quoted a very reasonable price and that it would be ready in an hour. They made good on that. The work was perfect and they polished that earring to look like new. I’ll be back again for any other repairs to my gold jewelry or even a watch battery. I needed to have my battery replaced in my watch the afternoon before leaving on vacation. I called to see if they would be able to replace it that afternoon and they said yes. I’ve been going to Fast Fix at Lakeline for multiple years for watch and jewelry repair and a few special gifts. It is rare to see the kind of service and attention to detail you get here. They are true watch and jewelry professionals. I recently had my father’s 25th work anniversary watch serviced and cleaned. They did an amazing job and restored it to its classic look without taking away any of the classic charm. Especially appreciate Wayne’s recommendations. Easy to go to a kiosk for battery replacement or cleaning, but if it’s a valued piece then I highly recommend Fast Fix.
