3 delayed installs ... communication was always last minute and I had to call them and confirm... poor excuses for delays, says he has tracking numbers on my equipment but never checks to see if arrives... He actually didnt want to give me a time to do the install in the beginning .. just wanted to call ahead and show up ??

I have a very complicated house. The original builder put in all kinds of fancy-at-the-time systems to control lights, audio, movie room, etc etc... It was a disaster and it got worse over time.I had Mero send a team out to just trouble shoot and clean everything up. We had so many cables in the electronics room running everywhere that if something went out it was hard to even access or see what was going to what to change a component.The group of tech guys that came out were very nice, got at it, even willing to put on booties on shoes...

I’m happy we found them because the company we worked with before them was frustrating. I always felt that they blamed me for not using the remote correctly when it was really just a very complicated system. We are a single family, but have 6 TVs and a large-screen movie room. Mero came in, set us up with a whole new system, which has been well worth the money. Now everything works together. They also set up sound for us to play on our pool system. The hardware was already installed around the pool but we were never able to get it to play with the previous company. Mero has also coordinated with our internet providers (att and now Sudden Link). Techs have been great. A special shout-out to Ethan who I’ve insisted always be the one to come. He is wonderful and knows our set up, and that continuity is really important. Thanks, Mero.

I was a customer of Bennett Technologies prior to the merge with Mero Concepts. I cant say enough about the excellent work & service I came to expect from Michael, Ethan, Santos, et al. Our project was a large home theater buildout and a gym sound system. The install was brisk and professional, and the recommended equipment has been exceptional. A couple of minor issues arise post-install and Michael / Ethan came out to handle them in under 48 hours, just as they promised. 5 star experience.
