Great place to rent chairs and tables. Ive never used them for fill event services, but I think they woukd be great for that too. They normslly let me pick up on my own time which id extremely convenient. Good luck!
The rental experience via phone and email was great! The prices are even great! But, once the items arrived though it was another story. I had no idea that the white fold up chairs would be rusted and have paint chipped off and missing. I am pretty relaxed and would have been fine with slight rust, but there where big areas of rust and was very obvious. I even tried to work out the problem with Sharlene respectfully. She said that she would be happy to upgrade the chairs but I would need to pay the difference and another travel fee to replace the chairs. She even at one point said she would bring some chairs free of charge but could only fit a certain amount in her personal vehicle. I needed more than she could bring in her vehicle so we couldnt work that portion out. I couldnt really see spending the extra money for another $140 travel fee for the truck to bring them. She did however offer me a refund for the chairs. I thought great! I felt that they were trying to work with me and help me out. And I was so grateful, BUT I never received the refund. I emailed at first, no response, I called and Sharlene said she would call me back but, never did. Very disappointing. My tip to brides or anyone that rents anything from anywhere, go look at it first. Had I been directed better I would have made a different decision based on what the vendor advise.

When our venue fell apart for our 6-year-olds birthday party, we were left wondering how to accommodate 30 guests in a backyard with no place to sit and no outdoor tables. At the very last minute (i.e. 2 days before the party), with one phone call to Esquivel Events, they delivered tables, chairs, and tablecloths in colors matching the party decorations and cake! What we thought was going to be a disaster of guests being forced to stand around eating cake from plates in their hands and trying to figure out where to put their drinks turned into a great layout that looked really well planned and executed. Thanks to Esquivel Events, we made this happen on short notice and for less than 1/5th what the venue rental was going to cost us. We will definitely be calling on Esquivel Events for our future party equipment needs.
Unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience with this company. The communication was terrible, and the office hours were hard to work with. They were not very quick to get back to me and fix the situation when I contacted them regarding a refund. Highly disappointed.
