When our dog passed away we used Cedar Park Animal Clinic to cremate his remains. The staff here treated his remains with the utmost respect and care, they went above and beyond for us and the final presentation was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Cedar Park Animal Clinic for being so kind and thoughtful during our loss.

I have been taken three dogs and my cat to this place and this morning I called to see if I can get a walk in b/c my cat is bleeding from her private area (not menstrual related) after she was given the rabies shot on Friday by them. (I’m not blaming the shot for my cats bleeding) She was very short and told me she can’t get her in. I called another vet who had better ratings and they were also busy but she was kind enough to take down the symptoms and told me she will do her best to see if a doctors will be able to fit in a walk-in for my cat as soon as he arrive for the day. They may not be able to get her in but it’s how she responded that made the difference. It felt as my own vet didn’t care. With that said I don’t feels that I can rely on them for the health of my pets.

I bring my cat here and I always know he’s in good hands. They always communicate well and everyone who answers the phone is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Especially Dr. Karen recognized that my cat Denver just wants to be loved on and took the time to give him attention and snuggles.

We had to put our old dog to sleep today. tEveryone in the office was so supportive. they made me and the Bella as comfortable as we could be. they answered any questions I had. Let us take everything in our own time. My sweet girl barely felt the shot and went to sleep eating the ice cream they gave her as a treat. It is so hard to have to take the step to put a family pet to sleep. It helps when you have such support.

My pup had her first visit (general wellness check) here today and had an amazing experience! She didnt want to leave by the end of her appontment. The staff was super friendly and they made sure she felt comfortable and showered her with love and treats. I had a bit of miscommunication regarding my appointment, but they were kind and resolved it quickly. They also gave me a packet to take home with tons of useful information. Will definitely be back!

We recently moved to the area and were recommended to Cedar Park Animal clinic by a friend. What turned into routine visits for our elderly cat and dog, progressed into having to put them both down within a 2 mos span. The doctors and staff were wonderful to us and our family. Great value and the best advice on treatment options and care. They even sent a follow up sympathy card.

I’ve been taking my babies to CPAC for over 10 years, maybe even 15 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but this staff with my boys. They took such good care of my first baby up to the moment I had to put him down, I’ve never met more compassionate people who even shed a tear themselves. They take the time to get to know you AND your fur baby. Every little quirk about your baby they know. Now with my second dog the same day I picked him up I took him straight to them to give him an exam even though I was told his health way good I wanted to hear it from CPAC. They have taken every panicked phone call from me, every ranting question, and listened to every detail regarding my boy with smiles and help. They have never once disregarded anything I’ve said. They even call me several days later to check on him if I’ve called them about something I was concerned about. Every time he’s been sick they have taken care of him. Never once did I leave second guessing what they’ve said. I’m a crazy dog mom who doesn’t trust ANYONE with my boy and this clinic is like a second family, I have no worries and feel relaxed leaving him in their care. Even after moving 3.5 hours away I STILL kept them as his vet and would drive all the way to their clinic for him to be seen or for boarding. You will not be disappointed in trusting his loving staff with your babies. I swear by their knowledge, experience, and compassion for your babies.

We have been taking our cats to CP Animal Clinic since 2008, and have always been happy with the care provided. The clinic may not look like much, but its well maintained, and the staff really go the extra mile. The cats have been seen by different vets over the years, and we have also occasionally used the clinics boarding facilities.Over the past year, the staff really proved their professionalism - we were planning an international move, and couldnt have relocated our pets without them! Dr Jenkins was the only USDA certified vet on staff, and along with the technicians and staff, he made sure we got everything for the pet-import process done correctly and on time.I would highly recommend them!

I have taken my dogs to this vet for years. Today I had an emergency, where I thought possibly my dogs had gotten sick from pesticides sprayed in our yard. I called first thing in the morning to try to get them seen today. I was told quite rudely by the woman who answered the phone that they were too busy to see my dogs today and that if I thought they were sick I needed to take them to the emergency vet. I received no instruction, no referral to another vet, nothing. I then called back stating I was upset and would like my vet records. I was told by the woman on the phone that her pediatrician is booked sometimes and she just has to go somewhere else....WHAT?! That has nothing to do with my dogs, and I am sure if her child had been poisoned they would have fit her in. Customer service is clearly not this offices strong point and I will now be taking both of my dogs elsewhere for vet services. If you care about prompt attention to your animals, I suggest you find a different vet office.

I have been bringing our lab to Cedar Park Animal Clinic since he was just a puppy. We spent over $500+ each year in vet and boarding services and was happy with the service and care we received. Heart worm medication prices are through the roof and we found qualified medications sold online for half the price. Since I purchased the medication at another location this veternarian is now increasing all other services including annual heart worm test since they cannot match the discount I am getting for this one medication! Absolutely insulting for a client who has paid a significant cost to their business to only then be treated with this type of extortion. I am taking ALL services related to my dog to another veterinarian clinic. Cedar Park Animal Clinic is acting in bad faith here, and has no regard for their customers.

Nice staff, but they hurt my dog during the heartworm check. She missed the vein and instead of immediately removing the needle and trying again, she moved the needle whilst still in my puppies arm and caused my puppy to cry in pain. Any chimpanzee knows when you miss a vein to immediately remove the needle, but I guess she didnt. To top that off, my puppies leg swelled up, and now she limps and favors that leg. She is hurt forever. The sad thing is, we cant sue them because this red state of Texas favors Corporate entities. You cant sue for loss, only damages, so this clinic would have to be the one to treat her injury. Not going to happen. Then they tried to charge us $180 for one year of heartworm medication. I guess you can tell we wont be returning.

We have used CPAC for several years, for our three dogs, and had wonderful experiences every time. We love how attuned they all are to the needs of our dogs, how nice everyone is, and how much we have learned from the vets here. Also, we had to rush one of our dogs in several months ago, and while the vet and staff did everything they possibly could, our dog tragically did not make it. I cannot say enough good things about the way everyone at CPAC handled it. They truly care, and are very, very good at what they do.

I have to say I have never been so disappointed in Cedar Park Animal Clinic like I have today. In the last 2 months I have spent over $700.00 in charges no problem but today a totally different story. My dog did something to her leg and is having a hard time walking. I called the vet and asked them if I could possibly bring her in for them to look at and allow me to split the payment. You would think that the animal would be the top priority NO she is not. They flat out said no. We have been using them and affordable pet care for years and have never asked them to allow me to split the payment. My dog has a lot of health issues so a vet is something we use a lot. I guess its time to find another. Such a shame and shame on them.

Dr Vallee at Cedar Park Animal Clinic was the best vet I could have asked for my fur baby. Not only was she always open to questions, extremely professional, calm and their schedule is usually really accommodating.Unfortunately my fur baby Buddha passed during thanksgiving weekend. A nurse that was on duty that Sunday when I rushed into CPAC with him and Dr. Valle both called me the next day upon hearing what had happened to offer their condolences. While I had a really hard time the first month after and will never stop missing him. I wanted to let them know I did receive their voicemail and it meant the world to know they cared about him even that much and to take their time to reach out to me.I’m tearing up now writing this...but please know as you’re researching as far as all of the nurses and Dr. Valle go don’t doubt they are the best choice for your fur baby and will do everything they can to love on your fur baby, as well as to work with and educate you as the pet parent. As I’ve started moving forward with life the memory of the love the people at CPAC gave him and helped me to give to him have helped tremendously.

I honestly have no complaints with my experience here. I like Dr. Douglas and try to schedule so I get him whenever I have to bring my dog in. My dog is a service animal so I don’t settle for second best in her care. I love the techs here and all interactions I have had with all staff members has been nothing but pleasant. I actually went to this vet at first because the shelter I adopted from had certain vets I could redeem a free exam at since a vet exam is required right after adopting from them, and this place was the closest to my home and highest rated as far as the offices listed on the voucher. After my experience there I decided they were worth going back to, and have kept coming back since. They give me Trifexis for my dog’s flea, intestinal parasite, and heartworm all-in-one, and while more expensive than say a flea collar which can be more dangerous and far less effective, and only covers fleas and ticks (and only in the area around the collar), it is definitely worth it if affordable. I’ve never even found a tick on my dog in areas where I found them on my friends and other dogs were getting them as well, although this is because my dog is in the lower weight range of her dose and so its effectiveness is higher than it would be with a heavier dog. Trifexis doesn’t target ticks.Visits are very inexpensive yet not low-quality. Even when I was doing lepto boosters as well as getting the monthly Trifexis, the visit total was only $62.50. I’ve seen other vets in the area charge far more, with lower quality in the care, so this was refreshing to me. I recommend this place to other dog owners. I can’t say about cats as my two cats go to a different vet because that’s where they went when my late grandmother had them, and their current vet is fine and also has the full history so it would be time-consuming to switch them.I also should point out that when I express a concern, they never write it off. Bald spots, coughing, urine leakage, bladder infections, and more. All have been thoroughly checked and I could not be happier with the level of care. There has been one mistake where I was given too little of a medication to last until the next appointment but I believe that simply boils down to a human error and is easily remedable, not harmful to my dog at all, so it doesn’t harm my opinion of them.I live all the way in Austin and it’s about 20 minutes on a good day to drive up to see this vet, but it is worthwhile to me as my working dog deserves the best of care.

Have been going here for years. Im even friends with some of the employees. Twice now we have had emergency type problems with our dogs during their normal business hours. They didnt make any effort to get us in to see the doctor They just told us they didnt have any openings, and to go to the emergency center. A few days ago, our puppy was feeling bad not eating and lethargic. They couldnt fit us in so we made a apoinment for two days later. We ended up having to take him to the emergency clinic where he ended up dying. A few years ago my Lab was injured and had a laceration on his leg. I put him in the car and rushed him to the clinic. When I went in the receptionist said the doctors were booked and couldnt see him. I asked for the supervisor and was told the same thing. I was at the clinic with my dog that was injured and bleeding and they turned me away. That is just unimaginable I ended up calling another clinic and they immediately got us in to see the doctor. I have known Dr Douglas and Dr Thompson for a long time and have taken many of my familys pets to them over the years. Something has changed.... They have really good creamatory services which we now need.

These folks really care about your pets and your wallet. I took my blue healer puppy here for the first time and the charges were very minimal $86. Flea Capstar treatment, exam, Sentinel, and deworming. Ive visited several other veterinary clinics before choosing. This vet did not give me the Establishment vibe. I never felt pressured about my choices, instead they agreed that 6 weeks was too young to vaccinate. We decided to wait until next month and limit contact with other animals and places. Well gee that makes sense thats what we do with infants, limit outside contact until their own immune system is ready, why not with fur babies? I really like Dr. Jenkins individual approach. And they were fine with me taking her to Affordable Pet Care on Lakeline to save money on shots.

Ok service. Ok Clinic. Vet had bad personable service. Never made eye contact. Low rating due to money first. Customer second mentality. They peddle a very expensive name brand heartworm prevention and discourage you to seeking heartworm medication outside their Clinic. If you do they will make you get a yearly heartworm test. I moved to the area and needed a new vet. My past vets never had this policy. So needless to say but I would say they have this in place due to kick backs from pharmaceutical companies.
