Best towing company ever! I have lived everywhere and had many cars break down. I hate tow companies. But this one stands out and it deserves to be recognized. The driver Chris is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly funny and tries to make your day better. Hes also incredibly knowledgeable, Explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. You would never expect a tow truck driver to be so humble and polite. And the lady on the phone was so sweet. My insurance told me that they wouldnt be able to have someone out to me for 4 hours!!!! My friend had given me ORRs card And they had there driver to me in 20 minutes! I honestly cant say enough good things about the driver or the company in self! We will never use anyone else!!! Ty Chris you made our day :)

Totally got bad the best experience with this company. I called 3 others before them, and each person refused to assist or care about my situation. The receptionist at Orr Wrecker was awesome and so were the drivers! 5 stars

I had a great first experience with this company! They charged us a fair price, and the driver (Chris) was down to earth, friendly, and professional. We plan to use them again should we ever need it.

Very disappointed in them. I had a flat with no spare this morning. Called my insurance emergency roadside and they said the earliest they could get someone to me was 3 hours. I was fine with this. They set up Orr to come out to me and after 2.5 hours of waiting, they called and cancelled. They told me they were too busy to assist me today but told my insurance company it was flooding where they were and it wasnt safe to come out. My vehicle was 5.3 miles from their location and it was not flooded, at that time it hadnt even rained. If they didnt want to help, which is what it sounds like to me, they could have just cancelled immediately and saved me 4 hours of my day (2.5 hrs waiting on them and another 1.5 waiting for another company). Definitely made sure my insurance company never sends them my way again.

I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves kudos. When I called Toyota Roadside Assistance super early this morning (5 a.m.) for help with a flat tire they were not able to locate anyone in their database to help, so they gave me 3 companies to contact, one of which was ORR Wrecking and Towing. So of course I Googled ORR and saw they were out of Cedar Park which was my location. When I called the operator was very helpful and sent out a truck immediately. The truck showed up after about 20 minutes and the driver was awesome.! I was already having a bad day not being able to get to work, so it was refreshing that the driver had a sense of humor and made me feel better about the situation. Turns out he is a Marine veteran. Thank you Orr for employing our veterans and the awesome customer service!!!

The 1 start was a mistake..Very glad I noticed. Sorry guys. This service is excellence, if you had a problem here it was most likely on your end not theirs.

Driver is soooo rude. Refuses to move his truck while blocking me in. He is forcing me to wait while he figures out how to load the car in a busy shopping parking lot. It would have been okay if he was nice about it to start with.

My car was towed here after my accident. The dispatch lady and the guy from the yard where both very kind. They helped through the process on there end. The place was kinda hard to find but the dispatch lady has got you when you need directions 👍.

QUICK!!! Called I called at 6. Got me by 6:30 to a tire shop be for they closed at 7. Fast service! Great people!! My driving john was GREAT!!!!
