I went to Lambs today for 2 new tires on the front of my f350 and a wheel alignment. When the technician went u see my truck he saw that my upper and lower tie rods were bad and the ball joints were bad as well. They gave me a very fair price and promised me that they will get it taken care of today and not leave until done. They did exactly that and made sure to go above and beyond to get my truck back on the road. I applaud the entire staff of Lambs and especially Mr Harrison who made me the promise and stuck to his word. Great Job guys and I will be returning back with all my vehicle needs.

We use the Lamb’s in Georgetown. This was my first visit to Lamb’s on 1431. I walk up to the desk and Mike greets me with “Hello Ms Ford, how may I help you”. I literally did a double take because no one there knew me. He said I looked up your license plate and found your account. I said this was funny because the Lamb’s we use always has a hard time finding our account and they set it up! Mike suggested I give them my license plate to find our account.Long story short, Mike and the auto technician took great care of resolving my tire and headlight issues. I had asked them to check my tires and advise if it was time to get new tires. Mike explained that new tires will be needed but not today. I appreciated their honesty. Also appreciated how quickly they were able to work on my car.Overall we have had good experiences with Lamb’s.

Had to replace tire after driving over screw. Service was fast and employees friendly. Especially Josh who is very good at what he does.

Came in for a flat fix. Mike met me in the parking lot to greet and help me. Mike was friendly and professional. Made me feel welcome. The process took longer than I would have liked but I had come in at lunch time. All in all a good visit and zero cost. I will return for future services.

Service was quick enough but the tech who did my service inputted double the mileage of my vehicle which was a big inconvenience to try and get fixed. If their screwing up inputting the correct mileage what else can they screw up?

Went in for some work, and they made a mistake on some maintenance. I called the shop to speak with the manager and sent an email with photos. They made sure I was taken care of. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and will continue to use them in the future!

Had to have my state inspection done and since they can’t schedule those they told me it was first come first serve. Arrived shortly after 7:00 a.m. and everything was completed with no issues. I was done within the hour. Clean environment and friendly, courteous staff. Thank you!

The AC in my car was not working in 100 degree temps and I made an appt to have it checked. I arrived early and they got to work immediately. Within 20 minutes were able to tell me what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix! I was done in less than an hour! Josh at the front desk was awesome! Ill definitely be doing business with Lambs in the future!

I took a flat tire in to be repaired and I was immediately assisted even though other customers were present. The tire damage required the tire to be replaced. I had a Lamb’s tire protection policy and the sales person applied it, with no hassle, the new tire price was greatly reduced. I have used Lamb’s service for many years, they have earned my trust and appreciation.

Always great service. The manager (I believe his name is Omar) is a top quality custom service provider. I had a young gentleman (new) who helped me as well and despite his newness, he was on top of things and respectful. Service was quick in and out. The entire process was courteous. I went in for A/C services. I need to be ready for this scorching hot summer. I had a pleasant experience. New management is awesome! Employees are equally great. Tech informed me of my coolant issue with precision. Now it feels like the North Pole in my Ferrari.They also recommended to go back to check on the dye used to spot leaks that way I don’t have problems in the middle of August. They were very thorough. Good coffee was a bonus. Strongly recommend this shop.

I had a very small tire repair because I snagged my golf cart tire valve stem extension and snapped it off. I knew it was a nuisance type repair but they treated me w respect, and I was in and out under 20 mins at most.Really appreciated the courtesy they gave me.

They replaced my oil and rotated my tires very quickly. Customer service was great.

The employees were helpful and very friendly. I had road protection on tires and they took care of all the details. They even ran to the “warehouse” to get the tire my car needed. I will definitely go there again.

I stopped by because my right tire was loosing air the young man assisted me took a look and went back in to find out they did have the tire I needed and their supplier was about to close. Even though they did not service my car he wrote down the size of tire I needed and suggested to try their competition. He was very nice and helpful.

My wife went in because she saw some antifreeze on the garage floor. They told her she had a dime size hole in the radiator, which would be impossible because shed have run out of antifreeze before she got there, not to mention overheat the vehicle. They told her it would be 8-9 hours of labor and said theyd have to remove body panels and the compressor which is a complete lie. The radiator in this vehicle can be removed and replaced in 2 hours or less for a shade tree mechanic. I can not imagine how many people have been ripped off by this place.

Every experience with Lamb’s is a good one and this visit was no different. Quick and courteous service, clean waiting area and clear communication about the service process of my vehicle. I will use this location again.

I went to the Williams drive location in Georgetown for a alignment on my F250 with a brand new front end. I pulled out and immediately noticed my steering wheel was at 10 oclock and my truck was pulling hard right. I called Rob at this location and even tho they were stacked with customers, he still got me in and taken care of. Their alignment guy is on point! Took the time to talk and explain, like it should be👍

What a great experience today. I dropped in for an Oil change, and I did not have an appointment. Omar greeted me & explained what he could offer. The store is clean & I relaxed while they started the service. I was on my way in about an hour. I highly recommended letting them take care of your oil changes & tire rotations.

Lambs > Firestone. Took my car to Lambs to escape Firestone and go figure, honest recommendations completely different than Firestone (for the better). Transparently honest - Thanks Rob and crew!

Theyre still working on my vehicle, but so far my experience with them has been somewhat salvational. This is not an over statement. My vehicle had died the other day, due to an error incurred by the collision center that repaired her a few months back. Josh, the assistant manager and an incredibly well spoken honest individual, did a great job of describing the problem with my car and the possible prices that could occur in its repair. It was from this help I was able to track the problem back to the culprits and have them pay for their mistakes. Im not a fan of franchise mechanics, but Lambs Auto in Cedar Park has earned my trust!

Really nice bunch of guys! They patched my tire for FREE, and they even put it back on for me! I had picked up a roofing mail in my Mercedes SUV tire that runs on flat, its a special kind of tire thats hard to fix but they did it!

I wouldve given a 5 star review however I couldnt due to it taking 3 days to get 1 tire replaced. With that being said they are getting 4 starts because their employees Omar and Terrance were both incredibly helpful, communicative, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They both followed up regularly and were very clear as to why the delays were happening. I cant speak more highly of Omar and Terrance at this Lambs location. Had it not been for back office logistics (having to go through a 3rd party service) there is no doubt in my mind Lamb wouldve gotten the tire replaced faster.

Lambs completed the alternator replacement so fast! (30 minutes) I was still on the phone with Dodge trying to determine if it was a covered part on my lifetime powertrain warranty. (it wasnt) Thanks Lambs!

Jase helped with with two of my vehicles today, and he made sure I was well taken care of! Him and the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had nice cold air for the coming heat! I will definitely go back because of them!

I needed an inspection done on my truck to get my sticker. I walked in and was greeted and ask what kind of service I needed. Jace started the process and I was done before I knew it. Quick and friendly service. I will be back again!

Called a Friday to book an appointment the next day for 9AM vehicle service, they told me they had the day open so they would get it done.Took my car at 9AM and all set.I called at 1PM to get an update, told me the car was in the shop and being worked on.Called at 4PM, told me it wasnt going to be ready till Monday since they havent been able to get to it, I mentioned that I took my car in since 9AM and they said they were going to get to it before 5PM.I got there prior to them closing and my car was just where I left it.I dont have time to get the car serviced during the week, I only have the weekends. Now I have to wait till next weekend to get it serviced.Dont commit to something if you arent going to be able to get it completed or at least communicate. If I hadnt called in you wouldve closed with my car keys in your possession and Im screwed to figure out how to get to work on Monday.

Everything was fine according to plan. When I l left, there was a smell of exhaust after a while. I returned the following day, and in a matter of minutes, the problem was resolved (a residue of oil, which was burning off) was wiped clean. Thank you!

I had a nail in my tire. Instead of trying just to patch it up, they told me I needed 4 new tires, tried to get me me on some account for $577 for all new tires. BS! Went to Braker and I-35 to the tire store. They fixed it for $15. Lambs is a rip off! My car only has 25k miles on it, new, car. No way it needs new tires. OMAR, is the guy that told me this. Hes a rip off artist.

Called in last minute on a Saturday not expecting availability for that day. The gentleman was very friendly said they would be able to knock out both an oil change and state inspection same day. I dropped my car off at 3pm and it was ready in less then an hour! Friendly and quick services, prices were very reasonable as well!

The reception people is great, warm welcome. I took the car with a flat tire, I had the scheduled appointment at 7am, it took 3 hours to replace a tire waiting at the reception, good coffee though, and I also bought the alignmentWhen the car was ready, the replaced tire rim had grease all over, and after I told the receptionist they cleaned it, I appreciate itWhen I check the tire pressure going back home all 4 tires were at different pressure (31, 35, 33, 32) Im surprised is not part of the service....

Because I got a flyer in the mail from them I called to ask if they could fix a small plastic strap that was loose underneath my car told yes they could fix it, than asked about appointments told to just bring the car in that they don’t do appointments. So approximately 20 minutes later I drive there and waited while they took care of 2 people ahead of me and than told them what I needed only to be told it would be a 2 hour wait but they could make me an appointment for later. Um so why lie to me on the phone and waste my time driving there and waiting only to find out I could have made an appointment over the phone like I originally wanted to do!! Obviously I didn’t and won’t do business there!

Ive been going here for about 4 years now. Everyone Ive worked with has been professional and friendly. Ive truly appreciated the detailed information Im given when services are recommended or issues are found that I didnt notice. Omar & Terrance have been excellent to work with the last few times Ive been in.

This location on Whitestone is great. We take all of our cars there. John and Larry are always very helpful. They really make us feel cared for. I feel like I received a fair assessment on my tires and a reasonable deal. I used their financing offer to receive a free tire which helped reduce the cost. The tire rotations are free with oil changes which will help keep my tire warranty for the 85000 mile duration. Larry and Omar were really nice guys and the service was fast.

Weve been going to this lambs for years and always had great experiences. Very friendly helpful staff!

Took my truck there to get it inspected and an oil change. Dropped it off at 7:20am and left it with them all day. They called around 5pm and said it needed new brakes (which it maybe did) and said there was metal on metal grinding on the rotor (there wasn’t) but I approved. Pretty expensive 2 rotor brake job with $300 in labor. Came back at 6 to pick up the truck, waited until 6:30. As I’m paying $777.98 I’m told “Sorry, we didn’t get to the inspection.” This was the one thing I needed done. Won’t be coming back.

Only automotive place within a 15 mile radius that had a master mechanic available without an appointment. And after diagnosis of my cars problem, future scheduled appointment started on time and their customer service was outstanding! Definitely recommend.

Good honest folks, fixed my car quick!

Customer service was excellent. I called them from my car after parking, Sales person Moore came out kept six feet distance asked me to place the insurance card on the passenger side seat. Asked me if i have been here before, last year also i had test done here he just took my phone number, in five minutes he brought the paperwork for me to sign, he asked me to keep the car running the car was taken inside for testing testing was completed in another 15 minutes. Moore came out and took my credit card and another five minutes he brought the papers and I was on my way home. I did not have to step in to the facility at all everything was very smooth. I would recommend this facility for emission test.

Respectful, clean, got the job done. Came in for oil change and state inspection. I enjoyed theres an shaded area with a picnic bench so we could keep our distance outside that allowed my child to run around while they worked on my vehicle. Employee even suggested renewing at HEB to avoid the tax offices slow speed.

The manager Omar was very friendly and professional . I didn’t know how I was going to get my car in for a brake job, I called and the manager Omar stated they one of the technicians can pick it up. The technicians were very pleasant when they arrived they called and let me know they were outside. The pricing was not bad compare to other places I took my car before I will be back .

Service took twice as long as estimated. First car in on Saturday morning. Oil change and tire rotation. Was told 30 - 45 min. Took 1.5hrs.Need to give better estimates so customers have appropriate expectations.

I completely enjoyed my wait while the technicians worked on my car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They brewed me coffee while I waited and talked with me while I waited. My waiting time seemed to fly. Every time I have gone into a Lambs I always come out satisfied.
