Wayne and company came to my rescue after almost getting scammed by one of the biggest HVAC companies. They could have charged me more but didn’t. I really appreciate Wayne’s fairness and honesty. I will recommend Williamson to anybody in need of HVAC.

My AC went out, called on a Sunday. They came right out. Service guy was very friendly and did not act like what are u doing calling me on a Sunday and interrupting my weekend. Fixed and gave me advice on cleaning my AC and lower my electric bill. Will call again.

Small town HVAC that gets to pick and choose what kind of work they do. They seem to only want the nice kush jobs like charging your AC or installing a brand new one. Wayne was coming by every year to add more Freon and after the UV leak detector was used, we found the source of the leak inside the AC unit. Wayne quickly offered to install a new system (at a fair price) instead of repairing the leaky fitting. After going back and forth for a couple weeks, I finally convinced him to try to repair the fitting which was 1/5 of the cost of a new unit. He did and now I have AC again.After realizing that my upstairs can’t maintain the nice cool temperatures as downstairs, I asked Wayne to return and help troubleshoot if it’s the size of the AC unit or something more sinister with the layout of the duct work. Seems like that’s too in depth for them and they’d rather stick with charging peoples’ systems at $65/pound because I can’t get Wayne to return. The other thing I requested was a copy of an invoice from a few years back and despite asking more then once, I guess that’s too much of a hassle.So if you need something minor or a brand new system, stick with Wayne. Stay away from the newer employee Mike. He’s arrogant and seems to have a complex with admitting that a customer is right about something. He also thinks it’s ok to show up at your house whenever he wants despite politely asking if he could call or text when he’s close so I could put my dogs away. Instead, he shows up un-announced and when I wasn’t ready to let him inside, he took off without telling me. This was after we chatted all week and I sent him pictures of the UV leak coming from the outside AC unit. He could have quickly verified that before coming in but that would have meant that me, the customer was right and Mike doesn’t do that. I had to wait a couple more weeks for Wayne to return and do what Mike was supposed to do. I look forward to hiring another HVAC company to troubleshoot the temperature differences we’re experiencing and go from there instead of playing games with these guys.

I have used Williamson Heating & Cooling multiple times throughout the years and will continue to use and recommend them. They are a family owned company with straight forward pricing and quick response times. Years ago, they installed a new furnace system and added AC to my previous home, in the 10+ years we owned that home, we had no trouble with that system at all. They also replaced a water heater twice (not their fault or the equipment.. terrible well water ate the tank). More recently, we had them out to inspect the (very old) water heater in our new home that had been acting up. The tech was very honest about the fact that the water heater could be fixed but it was already way beyond its expected life. We did not feel pressured to install a new one, but decided to anyway. The water heater was ordered immediately and installed the next morning. At that time, we decided to have the aging furnace cleaned and the tech discovered two small cracks in the heat exchanger and again WITHOUT FEELING PRESSURED, we decided to replace the unit. Again, the new unit was immediately ordered and installed the following morning. When the old unit was removed, the tech/owner showed me more (larger and deeper) cracks that could have led to carbon monoxide leaks.I cannot speak of the price compared to other companies, as we have only used them for 15+ years, but I trust them and would pay more for that than take my chances with another company.I highly recommend them to my friends and family, you should give them a chance too.

Great customer service first company. Had a repair done and a few days later noticed something wasn’t right. I called and within 30 minutes they were back out to survey the problem. They changed some connectors free of charge! Very friendly and professional! Prices are competitive! They stand behind their service! Highly recommend!!!

All others automatically say replace unit older than 10 years, where Williamson is honest and not looking to just make $$$. They care about the customer! So far, so good. We came home Saturday to a 63 degree indoor temperature. The furnace blower was running, but no warm air was blowing out. After doing some checking, we called Williamson. He came out within 30 minutes. Ultimately, we had a new furnace Monday producing heat by about 1 PM and the work area was cleaned up. Thanks Wayne for your prompt response. Well let you know if anything else comes up.

Called Williamson this morning and they were out this afternoon installing a new hot water heater. They were $300-$600 cheaper then any other estimate I got. We had an Air Scrubber installed in our new Trane furnace last fall. The unit, which has a five year warranty, is now defective. We were told a month ago that the unit would be replaced at no cost to us. This product is supposed to help with allergies but here I am during summer with allergic asthma! I would not buy this product again, it is permanently installed in the furnaWayne has gotten in touch with and replaced the defective unit at no cost to us.

Wayne came out at midnight in record setting cold when I had no heat. He fixed my furnace quickly and his price can’t be beat. I’ve been using Williamson for 15 years and he’s never has always done great work.

I am really happy with these guys! They were prompt, personable, and (most importantly) they fixed my problem - which was the fact that heat was not making it to the upper bedroom. Normally, this wouldnt be much of a issue... but we have our 1 year old sleeping in that room and he was waking up from it being too chilly. I am embarrassed to say that part of the problem was the fact that I hadnt changed the filter ... but they found another issue that had been overlooked since our house was built. Williamson HVAC will be my go to from this point forward. Highly recommend.

I was referred by a Facebook group and I am glad I took the advice. Wayne replied back right away and got me in a few hours later. He was done in minutes! Fortunately it was a small repair. He was super friendly, honest and reliable. I will definately use their services again.

Best Around! My A/C went out in mid-July. I called the local HVAC company in my town, trying to stay local in Beecher, IL and they are a complete joke. Tried to over charge me, were very sneaky with my wife, and werent available for weeks. I called Wayne with Williamson Heating & Cooling Inc and received first class attention. Wayne is very knowledgeable. He was able to check my unit within one day and provide a detailed quote that was $1,200 less than the local competitor. I received a high efficiency Trane unit with new A coil, installed in 4 hours. Done and Done! Also, I was able to get 18 months financing for 0% which really helped my family out. Now, that Winter is Coming, Ill have Wayne and his crew check to make sure the furnace is okay. I wont call another HVAC company again! Top Notch, First Rate Company! Thanks Wayne!! - Bill

I dealt with a leak in my AC unit for about 8 yrs, resulting in a typical charge of 1 - 2 lbs. A pain and pricy, but less offensive than replacing the unit. Ive used a few different companies. Theyd charge the unit; 1 even tried the dye/sealant. No luck. This year, called yet another company from over the border in IL, who said I needed 5 lbs ($158/lb) + dye/sealant ($180). I about choked. I decided it might be time to bite the bullet and get a new unit, so I asked him for a quote. He took pictures, then never contacted me (who does that?). I called Williamson who came in so much cheaper (by about $90/lb!), but then suggested something no one else had in the 8 yrs Ive dealt with the issue. Replace the coil, since most leaks happen there. If that doesnt work, then replace the unit (which he quoted me on the spot, at a very reasonable price for a major brand). Id be able to use the new, warrantied, coil with the new unit. Common sense approach. I feel like I found someone I can trust and no longer feel like I have to go to school for heating and cooling so I can do it myself at a price I can afford. Their approach and good business sense earned a repeat customer if/when I need them for HVAC, plumbing, etc. along with recommendations to others. Its been almost 2 months now and my AC is still blowing cold!

Amazing company down to earth and actually explained in detail what all was involved with replacing our heater n air conditioner! Loved the fact that guys that came out for free estimate were same guys doing all the work of installing it.. unlike others we had out n were salesmen and fast talkers! Very proffesional ! We are very happy, pleased and cannot wait to use all our new equipment! After all was installed walked us thru it all again to make sure all was to our liking and answered allll of our questions!
