5+ Stars! I wanted to have all my windows replaced. Mr Carter was very professional. He listened to what I wanted and gave me several options with pros and cons. Other estimates I received pushed one product. He really tried to understand what was most important to me and give me the best options. I went with glass replacement instead of full window replacement based on the style that I wanted to maintain at my house. Though this was a less expensive option Mr. Carter was very supportive and got on the job immediately. He also replaced my screens and re-caulked all the windows. Every step of the way he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the product. I love my windows and I would highly recommend Mr. Carter!

We hired Thomas to replace the glass in eleven of our windows, as well as replace six solar screens. Thomas was quick to come out and provide us with a very reasonable estimate, and had the job done just a few days later. Everything turned out amazing!
