There was a bit of a wait, but they were super friendly and extremely thorough in explaining the rental. I would definitely recommend 🙂

Absolutely HORRID customer service and drop off location. We filled the truck up at the Exxon down the street and came in to return the vehicle. They claimed that because the diesel wasn’t at the very top of the tank spout, it wast full.. even though the gas pump cut off. Had to drive back down to the gas station and put in less than a gallon of gas to avoid a $30 fee plus the cost of the half gallon. They were extremely rude about the whole thing. I posted a pic above to show what your gas tank better look like before you return it. It’s actually illegal in many states to fill it like this.

Just like the other reviews... I had a reservation for a truck. When I arrived to pick it up I was told there were no trucks available. I wasnt the only one, they also claimed I was the 3rd customer that morning. So I drove to the Penske at 610 E Hwy 67, Duncanville, TX 75137 and they took care of me last minute. I took time off from work, planned everything out and it almost went to ****. Dont waste your time with Budget Truck I almost got screwed, and it seems im not the only one. To the owner if he/she reads my review: I dont need to call no number for further assistance.

As listed on the reviews below...I rereserve a truck on 071017 for pick up on 072717 at 8am. The day before, 072617, someone called and said there will be a tryck available (this was a 17 day advance reservation and a day before call to say this). I was told therr were 2 options...to pick up a truck at a different location or wait until the evening. I had movers coming that morning at 9am as well as I am moving out of state. I told the lady this and informed to move the rental. I had to drive 30 minutes away and then discovered the place did not open until 9am (the time my moving helped rhat I am also paying for was to arrive at my home). I call the customer service and they sent my call to someone who look for a location that was now open and they would call me back. A rude guy from corporate called me back and said they were sold out and if they cant find anything in an hour they will cancel me and I need to go else where. I will NEVER use this company again and will let anyone I know not use it as well.

Had truck and trailer reserved after add ons it was over my card limit nearly 1100 dollars and the wouldnt except cash like the rest of budget truck rentals does so now stuck withiut a truck cause of them

Terrible!!!! I had a truck reserved for 3 weeks and soon as I went to pick it up they told me they didnt have one. Bad business!!!!

Just got a phone call an hour before picking up the truck telling me that there are no trucks available and the closest one is over an hour away I asked if they could deliver one to the location he said they wouldnt he said they wouldnt even compensate in any way beware they give a good price but no peace of mind I asked the guy said well I guess Im screwed he said yes you are what a company

We went to pickup a truck rental they told us they didnt get the truck in. We had to drive 30 minutes to get a truck. Plan to go elsewhere.
